Online Purchase Issue

Avoid making online purchases with this company.

I ordered an item online and never received a tracking number or any updates about when my order would arrive. The order also didn’t appear as active on their website. After repeatedly following up, they finally informed me that the item was out of stock and discontinued. They assured me I would receive a refund “without any delays,” but I’m still waiting. Despite several attempts to get an update, including contacting the store directly, I have received no response. I strongly discourage anyone from supporting this business.
