Bought curtains from the Signature Blinds store in Cresta in November 2021. One of the curtain rails fell down even before they had finished putting up the blinds. The holes they were drilling were far too big for the rawl plugs and *****s they put in. Last night my lounge curtain rails and rod fell down. When I phoned the owner (Noakes) he said it was out of guarantee and I had to pay a fee of R600 to have them reinstalled. Again you can see the holes are huge compared to the *****s and rawl plugs. Also never saw the guarantee he was talking about. I was surprised they had stayed up so long. He was not really interested. I asked him to come and look for himself and also sent photos. Will see what happens.
