Disgraceful service and after sales service
In 2022, I contacted a few companies to have outdoor blinds installed in my home. One of the companies was Outdoor Blinds in Benoni. They came through, gave me a quote of R44 000, which was definitely not the cheapest but cheap wasn't what I was looking for. The sales person at the time did a great job with customer service so I went with them. Paid the full amount in full and upfront. I was told it would take 4 week for production which I was fine with. Fast forward to October 2022, blind still not complete, excuse upon lame excuse about factory delays, no calls or feedback from owner or sales people. I contacted them on numerous occasions. We are already heading into the end of December and still no joy, eventually they came a fee days before the 25th, did a slapsash job with the blinds on my carport, a few. A few months later the blinds tears and completely because it was pulled so tight cos they cut the one side short and the blind wasn't fitted straight, contacted their offices again and still nothing. Then toward the end of Dec they sent someone through, he tells me it was bad workmanship and they took measurements and said they see where the problem is. When I followed up to ask the lady who I have been communicating with said the guys she sent told her that it was our fault and it's not their responsibility. Even though their guarantee cover material they are doing nothing to rectify the issue except talking nonsense. People please do your research before using this company, they have no business ethic or integrity, their guarantee of workmanship and material is a lie even though it's there in black and white. Another ******* company out to take your money and provide no service except excuse after excuse because of terrible workmanship, be wary of Mike has he no intention of rectifying wrongs, very doggy business with even dodgier employees who lie to get out of correcting their wrongs, Outdoor Blinds in Benoni, you are a disgrace to all upstanding businesses in South Africa and people deserve to know about the way you do business and that you have no intent of honoring your clients with professionalism and proper work! The one star is even too good for your business and if there was an option of no stars, that's what u would have gotten!

Bought curtains from the Signature Blinds store in Cresta in November 2021. One of the curtain rails fell down even before they had finished putting up the blinds. The holes they were drilling were far too big for the rawl plugs and *****s they put in. Last night my lounge curtain rails and rod fell down. When I phoned the owner (Noakes) he said it was out of guarantee and I had to pay a fee of R600 to have them reinstalled. Again you can see the holes are huge compared to the *****s and rawl plugs. Also never saw the guarantee he was talking about. I was surprised they had stayed up so long. He was not really interested. I asked him to come and look for himself and also sent photos. Will see what happens.

Bad service
I placed on behalf of our company. No phones being answered when calling landlines and personal numbers. Same excuse of no stock for over a month now and before we placed the order stock was confirmed. Asking for sample of other stock available. Still no feedback or response. Deposit paid on 15th September 2020. 37 days later still no blinds.

Bad service

Same excuse of no stock for over a month now and before we placed the order stock was confirmed. Asking for sample of other stock available. Still no feedback or response. <p>I can kick myself by not going on this site before. rowan lamont at outdoor blinds does not honour his promise of installing our blinds. we paid him a deposit of R5000.He does not answer his phone nor respond on messages for some time. legal action wil be taken against him and he will payback all the money. plus interest. he started this with the wrong person.</p>

OUTDOOR BLINDS QUALITY
BE AWARE!!!!!! My experience (wish I could post some pics - its shocking)...After several phone calls, WhatsApp messages over a period of 3 years nothing has been done to replace the blinds, as promised and confessed by Outdoor Blinds Roodepoort, West Rand, that the wrong material was used and that the blinds will be replaced (guarantee in place).<br>

OUTDOOR BLINDS QUALITY
