I purchase a brand new HP from Incredible connection The Glen. They have the worst service ever!! From walking in you need to ask for help as the employees is standing around and doing absolutely nothing. When I purchase my laptop I realized it had problems as it started to over heat so bad that I couldn't even place my hands on the keyboard. When talking to the technical service guy, he was so rude and did not want to call the manager for me. At the end I received my brand new laptop back as the hard drive melted in side which is not normal at all and to top it off they scratch my laptop and still it's getting warm, after having it back 3 days! I am sorry but this is crazy and obviously not normal to happen!! I would not recommend incredible connections at all as they now do not want to assist me further!
I placed on behalf of our company. No phones being answered when calling landlines and personal numbers. Same excuse of no stock for over a month now and before we placed the order stock was confirmed said order will take 7-14 days for manufacturing. Asking for sample of other stock available. Still no feedback or response. Deposit paid on 15th September 2020. 37 days later still no blinds.
