Out Door Gardening Club Fraudulently signing up members and stealing money

After paying what looked like a legitimate customsduty on a UPS account, I was redirected to outdoor garden club stating that my membership had been accepted.

I have no use for any membership or products on their site. I DID NOT accept any terms and conditions either. However, subsequent to that, amounts totaling over $72 were taken out of my bank account. I messaged them to say I never signed up, and that the membership was obtained fraudulently, they only offered to refund me half the money they "STOLE" - They continuously patronize me by stating "I haven't yet taking advantage of a $15 dollar credit" - even through I have absolutely no use for any credit or products on their site ... I live in a different country and I have no garden or use for any of their products. They also state that I accepted the terms and conditions - which I never did. Why on earth would someone in south africa want to join an outdoor gardening membership in UK?????

They are acting fraudulently, signing people up with dodgy links, and then deducting money from accounts hoping users won't see it for a while. The offer of initially to refund a quarter of the money, then half of the money - shows they accept responsibility. No less than all the money stolen from my account will suffice.
