I purchased multiple items from Overseas - almost all of them come through regular post and arrive at my house or local post office with no problem. For some reason some went via Mail Americas and through Skynet - and this has been a nightmare. There was a customs notice to pay VAT online, which I did. However subsequent to that, Skynet bundled my items into a single parcel (not a problem) but then decided to send the parcel via PAXI instead of just delivering it to me. I was not afforded the option, and very importantly, the Paxi location that was decided by Skynet is nowhere near where I live, and in an unsuitable location in Diep Sloot, which is not very safe. I tried with PAXI to have to redirected to a location near me without success. I tried with Skynet, also to try redirect my parcel without success. I spent 2 hours to go fetch it from a mall in a very unsafe part of town, far from my address to pick up the parcel. Only to find that Skynet had wrapped my parcels in an extra layer of skynet packaging without putting the tracking number on the outside. So upon arrival at the store ... they did not want to release the package because there was no tracking number on it. It took a lot of conversations and persuading and phone calls to have the package opened and checked that it was in fact addressed to me. (in what world would a courier company wrap a package and effectively remove any tracking number or address from view?) Skynet has failed multiple times in the delivery of a package. The contents of the package were actually nowhere near the value of the time and effort it has taken me to try collect (but since I did not know which of my many packages were sent via skynet to Diep Sloot - I had to still collect them) You have inconvenienced me. I've had to take time off to fetch parcels, that were CLEARLY marked to be delivered to my address. You couldn't even send me a text/email or courtesy call. YOU, as a courrier company who is aware of locations, made this decision knowing that the chosen PAXI was nowhere near my location - there are plenty of close by PAXI where I live. Terrible service. I pray none of my packages ever get sent via you again, and I will never ever use your service for my own use. Good day
After paying what looked like a legitimate customsduty on a UPS account, I was redirected to outdoor garden club stating that my membership had been accepted. I have no use for any membership or products on their site. I DID NOT accept any terms and conditions either. However, subsequent to that, amounts totaling over $72 were taken out of my bank account. I messaged them to say I never signed up, and that the membership was obtained fraudulently, they only offered to refund me half the money they "STOLE" - They continuously patronize me by stating "I haven't yet taking advantage of a $15 dollar credit" - even through I have absolutely no use for any credit or products on their site ... I live in a different country and I have no garden or use for any of their products. They also state that I accepted the terms and conditions - which I never did. Why on earth would someone in south africa want to join an outdoor gardening membership in UK????? They are acting fraudulently, signing people up with dodgy links, and then deducting money from accounts hoping users won't see it for a while. The offer of initially to refund a quarter of the money, then half of the money - shows they accept responsibility. No less than all the money stolen from my account will suffice. Someone put a stop top this.
This company will not stop calling me with telemarketing calls - sometimes up to 5 calls a day.. Not only that - they keep asking for my wife, clearly they have obtained this information from illegal sources! I did not consent to being contacted. I have requested multiple times to be removed from their list - and I called they support line to complain. Still they persist. Absolute disgrace !!!!
Unsolicited call in violation of POPIA act !!!! I received an SMS stating I was nominated by someone to receive a gift, then subsequently I was called directly. I asked why I was called and the caller insisted it was fine to me nominated by someone to receive a gift. This violates my privacy. I did NOT consnet to my details being used and the person mentioned , while I do know then, I do not have any dealings with them whatsoever nor did I consent to them using my details. My number is private for work only and you have obtained it illegally without my knowledge or consent from a source I specifically do not trust. When I asked the caller for details in order to raise a complaint, they hung up. The number they called from does not response either. I will be taking matters further!
I have received a text message stating i have successfully subscribed to a R5 a day service from

[URL Removed]

I did NOT authorise this and do not want this service. Authorisation has been obtained fraudulently.

Vodacom should not allow these companies to operate on their network this way.

i do not want to call the help line number in the text message either as this is most likely a higher rate call number to trick me into spending more money. Its a joke they can still get away with this robbery.

Queue their automatic reply saying that I accepted their terms and conditions ... you are thieves. You obtained authorisation fraudulently.

My phone was lost, and I borrowed one from a friend. All that's needed is a simple sim swap to active a new sim card in the phone. I phoned Cell C at 11am on the 26th May to arrange this, and was told someone from the sim swap department would call me within 2 to 4 hours. No one called. I called again on the afternoon of the 26th and told that an email had been sent urging the department to call me. No one called.
On the 27th I called again, and was promised that A) Someone from Sim swap would call within 2 to 4 hours, AND B that the person logging the call would also call me back to double check it had been done.

No one called me.

On the afternoon of the 27th, I had to call cell C to change the number that I could be contacted At. I was assured this was done and again that the Sim Swap Department would call within 2 to 4 hours.
It is now the 28th - it is over 48 hours since I logged a sim swap. I called again, only to be told they did try to call me, but couldn't get through - BECAUSE THEY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER - and there was no record of me having updated my number.

I would never ever recommend Cell C to anyone with this experience. Still no one has called!!!
I placed an order on online for a new telephone line and a VDSL service the 28th November 2014.
An Agent called early December to confirm. I was happy and confirmed. Importantly I confirmed and reconfirmed my address with the agent as I was moving house.
I was sent a confirmation text for my order a few days later - BUT it had my OLD / WRONG ADDRESS on it.
I immediately called 10210, and after about half an hour on hold and got through to someone who said she couldn't change the address because I had made the application online, BUT she had escalated the issue and emailed the department responsible and everything would be fine. That was on about the 9th December.

Needless to say I got another Text with wrong address on it.

Over the next month I was passed around from department to department with promises of an escalation which NEVER happened. No one ever called me. I always called and constantly promised escalation and it never happened. On the 23rd December an installer rang to say he was ready, but he was at the wrong address.

it is now February 2015. I was PROMISED that my application was fixed. Sakhi from [Email Removed] is the last person I spoke to.
