lacks professionalism and customer service. They never reply their emails and you have to constantly keep on calling them to just give you a damn quote.

After reading many reviews about Mira Networks, I am shocked to see this organisation is still in existence... i too now am one of the many unsuspecting people who are unlawlfully being billed for services i have not requested. I blame my mobile provider (Telkom) for allowing this for for not offering to assist in resolving this matter. i have unsubscribed this service that i have not requested in the first place, but to no avail. The deductions just continue. It is infuriating to think that these organisations just get away with it. i wonder what the mobile providers get out of it, seeing as they are not supporting their own clients in this regard. I am now approaching HelloPeter in the hope that I will get some guidance and form of assistance to resolve the matter. I also want these amounts that have been deducted without my permission to be refunded back to my account. Telkom gets a below zero rating from me for the pathetic manner in which they have dealt with my queries, and Mira, is below below zero and should be shut down completely. they are frauds.

Good day, With reference to the above mentioned cell no! I want to STRONGLY DISPUTE an ALLEGED subscription which I did NOT sign up to!!! I contacted Cell C on the 3rd November 2017 with regards to an amount of R658.50 for content services that was added to my account. They confirmed that it was for Mira Networks & promised that they will send an e-mail to yourselves to cancel the subscription – they even gave me a reference number which I now realise is not even valid - # ********** - & assisted me to unsubscribe on my cell phone via the *133*1# option. They also promised that I will be refunded which still has not been done! This morning I had another shock when yet another amount in excess of R700 went through on my bank account!! Cell C is now pulling up their shoulders blaming you guys!! I will NOT tolerate this because I did NOT sign up to any Content Services & I certainly did not authorise anyone to make any deductions from my bank account! I want this matter resolved today because I will NOT just sit back & watch how money gets stolen from my account!! And I WILL revert to social media as well as Hello Peter to get this matter resolved! I want my money back in my account a.s.a.p & I want this subscription cancelled & my cell number blocked from any such subscriptions in future! Your urgent assistance will be appreciated! Regards

R10 a day has been deducted via my Cell C router account (no: ********** ). It came to my attention yesterday. Apparently the deduction started on the 13th of June 2017. I unsubscribed yesterday after querying my account. That is 141 days x R10 = R1,410.00!!! I want a full refund and I want answers. What premium diamond-studded services/products are you punting at R10 a day????? I want to see the copy of the agreement where I apparently agreed to this being deducted. I am not taking this lightly. I am fuming. From an online search I did, I see this practice has been going on for years and people are constantly complaining. What measures have you put in place to protect the public and to keep them informed of the costs they are incurring? Totally unacceptable. Unethical. I will venture into the legality of this once you provide me with the required documentation.

We got a bill from Cell C for the month of September 2017 for R2787.00 for a cellphone that is usually R1420 p/m as per contract. When we contacted Cell C, they advised that Mira is debiting our account and that we subscribed to a nonsense R7per/day internet something(I say something as I don't even know what it is!) and Cell C is adding it to their bill to us. These guys are debiting our accounts for something we did not even subscribe to and they don't have the authority to debit myself. Cell C should stop these guys taking chances and STEALING money from South-Africans. MIRA I won't pay a cent and you will be exposed for this

Last month we were confused as to why money left our account so fast.... On Saturday, my husband asked me why MTN is billing us R780.00 for a R280.00 uncapped data contract. We investigated with MTN, and to our shock, Mira Technologies have (by themselves) subscribed us. I have made contact with them today, if we do not receive a refund of R1000.00 (two months) we will be laying a charge against them this very evening for fraud and illegal activity. We are also absolutely disgusted that MTN allowed this, with no signatures at all. Riona

Mira Network has been stealing money from my air time money. I apparently got subscribed to doomi downloads services which cost R20 per day which I never did nor used it. I called them on Monday (REF No. ********** ) and was told to send my complain to ********** which I did. Thus far I have not received any feedback nor my airtime money returned or any acknowledgement of email. I have never used this services nor subscribe to hence the stealing of my airtime money because they have been taking from my phone without my consent. This is completely unacceptable and it has affected my finances in a negative way. The irritating part is that I have never had any dealings with Mira Network before nor now, I only realised when my air time monies drastically depleting at alarming rate and I contacted my service provider (MTN) who told me that they are not responsible for the transactions and Mira Network was, I have no idea what is this Mira Network, all I know is that they are busy using my airtime money and I am paying for it. I really want this to come to an end immediately and I want all my stolen money back to me.
