Good day, We cancelled our contract a few weeks ago, ********** with reference number 273 686 384. We were assured that we would not be debited again, BUT yesterday MTN debited us. We called again, with reference number, 274 149 503 and they told us the number is on prepaid now, so please advise as to why you are stealing our money? We applied for Fibre through Vodacom at Canal Walk on the 27th October, we were told that they would come and install a router (within 48 hours) until the fibre is up and running. On the 1st we phoned Vodacom Canal walk over 100 times, no answer, emailed the manager, think 3/4 times, no answer. Then we phoned ********** and we were told there is nothing on the system regarding us having singed up for fibre, so we then applied for it telepathically. (noting that we had now already cancelled DSTV and our MTN data contract). The following day we tried Canal Walk again and my goodness they answered the phone. Then we were assured that the application had gone through etc. So we phoned ********** to cancel the second application. We were told that Ram would be delivering our router on Friday or latest Monday (today). Well, nothing has happened. I have been redialing Vodacom Canal Walk, no answer, not sure if anyone is working today. So phoned ********** again, to be told again, nothing is showing on the system. FML, still continuously phoning ********** and no one is answering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Between these two providers they have successfully been able to have our car RD'd three months in a row, because of theft, they supposed to only take R315, but have the audacity to debit us with bills over R700 etc, with no authorization. I was even told today by a DETECTIVE (as im starting a legal process now) that she also had this issue with MTN. She simply cancelled her contract and moved over to Vodacom. Shot MTN and Mira for giving us **** names.
Last month we were confused as to why money left our account so fast.... On Saturday, my husband asked me why MTN is billing us R780.00 for a R280.00 uncapped data contract. We investigated with MTN... we were told that Mira networks has subscribed us to something... How dare MTN take our money when there are no solid contracts / signatures in place? We signed for a R289.00 Contract, not R780.00 - this is theft. If we do not receive a refund today to pay our car from the money you stole from us over two months, totaling to R1000.00, never mind the RD rates we need to pay for, as our debit orders didnt go off. We are going straight to the police to open a fraud case against MTN as well as Mira Networks.

I have made contact with them today, if we do not receive a refund of R1000.00 (two months) we will be laying a charge against them this very evening for fraud and illegal activity.
