Good day, Bestbuyer alias Shop Smart, Address: 103 Main Reef Road, Amalgam is a ****!! I ordered & paid for an item from them on the 13th March 2023. I spoke to a lady called Bernadette. On the 15th I started enquiring as to when I would be receiving my order after which she sent me an Invoice as well as an order no. By the 24th March I started following up with Aramex again about the delivery when I was told that it might be a ****. So this is the whatsapp & e-mail that I sent to them: "Hi Bernadette, so I started enquiring about my order this morning just to receive the following message from Aramex: "I do believe there are multiple chats were customers are providing the same number, please can you confirm with the shipper as this may be a **** that could be going around" ๐ก Can you please give me urgent feedback on the matter. My "so-called" order number is: DBP47429168942 Please note that I will not hesitate to take this matter further if I find out it is a ****. I do not tolerate dishonest people so I will go to the highest authority to either get my product that I ordered or my money back!!" The rep**** on my e-mail that they are aware that there was a mix up with my waybill number & that they will try and sort it out a.s.a.p. Since then the communication stopped - they don't answer any e-mails or whatsapps & there is no number where you can actually get hold of them. Cell C is the worst company ever to try & solve a query with. I have never seen such a bunch of incompetent people in my life!! I received an sms on the 31st October to say that my "cancellation request" was successful. Something I did not request! Upon phoning the Key West store I was informed that my contract has been permanently deactivated due to non payment! This is the biggest load of **** as my account was paid every single month via EFT but was never allocated to my account! What made it worse was that I sent Cell C all the payments & I even got confirmation from thpd@cellc.co.za on the 20th October confirming that the payments have been allocated! So since last week Tuesday I was sent back & forth from the lawyers to Customer Care to try & solve this problem. I have sent the exact same POP's to 5 different people now and NO ONE are able to help me. They just keep saying that I will get feedback in 48 hours which is NOT happening!! In the meantime I am stuck without my phone which I need for my work which is totally unacceptable! I will NOT renew my contract with Cell C again & I will also NOT recommend them to anyone as their service is beyond pathetic! If my issues are not sorted out by cob on Tuesday 08 November 2022 I will have no other option but to put this very same complaint on Social Media!! And by that I mean my payments must be allocated & my contract reinstated as it was NOT due to non payment that my contract was cancelled but due to a bunch of incompetent people that does not know how to do their work! Please note that I am not interested in a prepaid option - I want my contract reinstated!! It is ALL or NOTHING!!

Frikkie stayed in touch - even after hours - patiently answering all my questions. I was informed of all the options available until I finally made my decision. Thereafter it was smooth sailing - my product was prepared & delivered to me on time. Frikkie also followed up after delivery to confirm that I was satisfied. Good day, With reference to the above mentioned cell no! I want to STRONGLY DISPUTE an ALLEGED subscription which I did NOT sign up to!!! I contacted Cell C on the 3rd November 2017 with regards to an amount of R658.50 for content services that was added to my account. They confirmed that it was for Mira Networks & promised that they will send an e-mail to yourselves to cancel the subscription โ they even gave me a reference number which I now realise is not even valid - # ********** - & assisted me to unsubscribe on my cell phone via the *133*1# option. They also promised that I will be refunded which still has not been done! This morning I had another shock when yet another amount in excess of R700 went through on my bank account!! Cell C is now pulling up their shoulders blaming you guys!! I will NOT tolerate this because I did NOT sign up to any Content Services & I certainly did not authorise anyone to make any deductions from my bank account! I want this matter resolved today because I will NOT just sit back & watch how money gets stolen from my account!! And I WILL revert to social media as well as Hello Peter to get this matter resolved! I want my money back in my account a.s.a.p & I want this subscription cancelled & my cell number blocked from any such subscriptions in future! Your urgent assistance will be appreciated! Regards
