MTN called late in August for an contract upgrade a day I went for it beginning of September. Then after upgrade MTN continued to charge for old and new contract together. First time I queried it I was told it is system error and it will be fixed next month.Next month it wasn't and then this time was told it was once off then the 3rd month was told it how is supposed to be like that and someone who assisted suppose to have had told me. I think MTN just bullying me and making me pay for something they cannot explain themselves. The thing is if was told had to pay for 2 contracts then would have had agreed with what so called upgrade. The only thing they good at is to give me endless ref no.s and not resolving my concern. Their last ref no. was 1-2670955260 and they told me is closed?
Queespark clothing shop is harrassing me and do not want to account for my money. During lock level QUEENSPARK sent an easy pay no.95989148300007839273. I paid at pick n pay on the 24th of April. After payment they kept calling and send sms demanding payment & when brought this payment to attention was told not to worry as it will take 7 days to be allocated. I went to their shop o 4th on May at Highveld Mall Emalahleni and they faxed & email proof of payment again but still today the money I paid on 24April still not accounted for and still being called and SMS'd. in addition, I've been charged interst for none payment even though the money is in their control. I need QUEENSPARK to sort out this account and give me the balance to pay without interest and then close the account. The card no.6010248300001467074
On the 26th March 2019 I paid for the order of Aluminium Windows and Garage Doors with Heffil Glass and Aluminium/ AGH Group in Roodepoort. The sales persons who assisted me is Rezane (contact number: 071 404 4044) and lately his supervisor Reyno (contact number: 083 458 3360). The email addresses they are using are sales@aghgroup.co.za and/or rene@fslgroup.co.za. They were on site for the week 15-26 April 2019 to install both windows and doors but did not complete the installation. They promised to return on site the 1st week of May 2019 to install the garage doors but still did not come. To date No Garage doors have been delivered nor installed; the doors that were incompletely installed are still in the same state. All the time when I follow up with them they promise to come in a week but end up not coming at all. Of late when I call and email them; I do not get any response and they avoid my calls These people are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. They take their customers for granted and I do not think anyone should do business with them. They deserve to be out of business and what I want from them is either to complete the installation of the doors or give me back my money so I can go to professional real business people to finish my project.
Milo Designs Durban: Invoice # 828 On the 16th June I placed an order with Milo Designs of furniture. I was assisted by Danie @: ********** ********** who told me to pay the deposit which I paid on 16 June 2018. The conditions were that manufacturing would take 8-10 weeks and the balance must be paid upon completion and the delivery within 15 working days after the balance is paid. The money was paid to LM Kotze Account, ABSA Bank. I was informed via email on 12 August 2018 that manufacturing is complete and must pay the balance for the delivery to take place. I paid the balance on the next day 13 August 2018. The 15th day according to my calculation was the 31 August 2018 ie the expected delivery date. I made follow up with the sales person who told me he’s not dealing with deliveries and only responsible for sales. We had back and forth communication which just ended nowhere till I was referred to the CEO, Marco Wood @ ********** The CEO apologised and promised to sort the matter out in no time. At one stage I was told the delivery will be done on 05 October 2018. The day went by without no delivery nor any explanation. I have written so many email and WhatsApp to enquire and the only response would be will look into the matter and come back to you. The trend is from both the sales person Danie and the CEO as well but none of their promises ever happen till to date. I did not get any explanation on why the delivery was never done. The 15th day delivery is now at 66th day(Excluding weekends) and still no goods delivered. At some point I requested the refund and still got the same response “will come back to you” At this point I doubt the manufacturing of goods is complete. Milo Designs is unreliable; they take their customers for granted. I demand my furniture be delivered or I get my money back from them. What frustrate and make me the most is; to date they have never said anything on why the delivery has not happened, nothing at all. They got my money since the 13th August and after that they are just ignoring me. • This has been a very exhausting exercise for me. • I demand that Milo Designs delivery my goods or refund my money with interest. • I now doubt if this Milo designs is a legit business or just a SCAM/CROOKS and will warn the public out there Email: ********** Contact No: **********
Mira Network has been stealing money from my air time money. I apparently got subscribed to doomi downloads services which cost R20 per day which I never did nor used it. I called them on Monday (REF No. ********** ) and was told to send my complain to ********** which I did. Thus far I have not received any feedback nor my airtime money returned or any acknowledgement of email. I have never used this services nor subscribe to hence the stealing of my airtime money because they have been taking from my phone without my consent. This is completely unacceptable and it has affected my finances in a negative way. The irritating part is that I have never had any dealings with Mira Network before nor now, I only realised when my air time monies drastically depleting at alarming rate and I contacted my service provider (MTN) who told me that they are not responsible for the transactions and Mira Network was, I have no idea what is this Mira Network, all I know is that they are busy using my airtime money and I am paying for it. I really want this to come to an end immediately and I want all my stolen money back to me.
<p>I am still waiting for feedback but it is clear that nobody cares at Game, i lodged my complaint through the online feedback form, i even sent the complaint to ********** the only thing i recieved was the acknoladgement of my email.</p> <p>Game Highveld mall Witbank:<br />On the 26th of February 2017, I bought a Samsung 55 inch Curve TV, I bought it cash and took it home on the same day, I travelled and came back on the 11th of March 2017, only then I could unpack the new TV set. To my surprise the TV could not connect to Bluetooth which it is supposed to, according to the specifications. I took back the TV to the store to for assistance, still the TV could not connect to the Bluetooth. On the 13th of March 2017, I noticed that there is a scratch on the top corner of the TV, and I immediately went back to the store with the TV to report it. On my arrival, I asked to speak to the manager (Cyril Sithole) whom I was told he was attending hearings therefore he could not assist me. I was asked to leave my details for him so he can contact me, but he never contacted me. I called the store on the 15th and 16th of march 2017 to look for Cyril Sithole, who was still not available, I was told that he will get back to me which he still has not contacted me. I finally got hold of Cyril Sithole on the 20 March 2017 , after our telephonic conversation, he asked to bring back the TV to the store which I did. I arrived at around 16h00 and I was told that Cyril is on lunch, and he could not be contact on his mobile phone, they refused to give me his mobile numbers as well so I had to sit there and wait for him to come back. Eventually he arrived at 17h30 and we had a discussion about my problem. He acknowledged the defects on the TV and agreed to give me another TV set which was on display and I agreed. Soon after that he changed his mind and told me that the TV has fell so he could not exchange it. It really did not make sense as the TV was still in a good condition; even the screen was still ok with no any cracks. <br />I decided to leave the TV with Cyril and went home, I was really not happy, disappointed with the way Cyril handled my case as a manager, I am very sad and unhappy with the way I was treated at game store, form the staff members to the manager. The manager even accused me of dropping the TV that is why it had cracks on the frame.<br />I really do not see value for my hard-earned money. </p> <p>at the moment Game store has my money and their TV set, and nobody is taking a step to assist me, it means Game store does not care about custormer satisfaction but only cares about money, they have my hard-earned money, but I don't have a TV.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
