Still my account is not resolve. After 3 emails complaints. But you call to sell products Again my app does not give me an option to cancel the stream or decoder. Why will I have a package for decoder and streaming. And still no support. I refuse to pay this amount for a decoder package that cannot be used...because I had the streaming that was paid.

My DStv package is for R150 every month but I don't understand how I end up paying R399 from last month, when I call there is no clear explanation on how it got to that. I requested for my bill break down via WhatsApp and was shook to see things I never agreed too "*Sure!* Here is the *breakdown of your bill*: *Balance brought forward*: R50.7 *DStv Individual Funeral Cover R10 000 Subscription*: R35.0 *DStv Premium Subscription x24 Cover Subscription*: R82.0 *DStv Access Subscription*: R150.0 *Device Care Plan – Standard Subscription*: R49.0 *Total Amount*: R366.7, *due by*: 2025/04/30" My DStv is now not working for about 2 weeks when I call them I am told to seek "professional help" yet R366 is due

I have been trying to have my 92 year old mother’s decoder activated so that she can at least watch the Olympic Games. She is in a nursing home where there is a dish and she has a smart tv and a decoder installed in her room. It is impossible to get a response at anyone at DStv to activate her account and package. I have tried and always end up with the same message that an agent will call me in 1-2 days but they don’t. The bit on the website and the WhatsApp communication is completely useless and just sends your around in circles. I find this lack of service very shocking given that DStv is in trouble with so much competition with all the streaming services these days. Unfortunately there is no WiFi at the nursery home so she has to have DStv. I am desperate to sort this out as soon as possible.

Very, very poor service, DSTV is ready to sell you new products without proper service providers. A don't care attitude from DSTV senior management who don't respond to complaints, Installers who think that is okay to waste the customers' time installing a product, and no backup service—poor communication skills. I cancelled my new package and I will further cancel the ongoing subscription. I would suggest that people using this DSTV service do the same. Other providers out there can give you better viewing and service

I am paying a DSTV Compact subscription but can only watch 4 channels. When I call to enquire I get put on hold by Samanda? 4 20 minutes? So this is how you conduct business now?
