My experience was very bad, I don't see myself going to that store ever ever again.
I went to Overland store here in Ventersdorp, when I got the there I saw an adverti*****t that took my eye. Windhoek Lager 440ml x 24 on special R150 per case. So I decided not to take that one and went for the one that was in the fridges. But when I got there I saw something strange. The alcohol next to the entrance is R150, but the one in fridge is R369. When I enquired was told that one of R150 is actually expired and the one of R369 is still fine. So quiried that as it was the same brand, same size and all that and was refused to pay R150 for the one that was not expired. So I was forced to pay for the one expired, and I refused. And for doing that I was chased out of the store. So I want to know from you guys (Overland) is it something that do to your customers. Sell them expired goods? Is this your way of showing us that just because we are black, we are dogs, expired alcohol are meant us? Is this within your company policy that blacks should be given expired alcohol and if they stand up for what is right you chase them out? How is this making sense that something expired should be sold? You guys suck, and this isn't right at all. Fix yourself and stop giving people expired things at a lower prices?
