REFUND-SEWRAGE ISSUE AT OWN HAVEN EGOLI FLATS

Greetings My husband and I sent Own Haven to housing tribunal and they were granted to pay us our deposit. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding Own Haven, who has refused to refund my deposit after I moved out of their property in January.

The reason for moving out was a severe sewage issue that had been ongoing and ignored for some time. My daughter even fell into the sewage while we were heading to work. Despite multiple complaints to the landlord, no action was taken, and the situation became untenable, forcing me to leave.

The landlord has now been ordered to refund the deposit but continues to refuse. I’m reaching out to HelloPeter for assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring I receive the refund I am entitled to.
