Avoid avoid avoid. Thugs that do the dirty work of Renasa. A protracted experience is putting it lightly. Inept, rude and lackadaisical. Assess your vehicle based on the perpetrator’s only, poorly-pixelated image of your vehicle. Not one inquiry asked of you in the claims process. They will find every means to not pay out the full amount for your cheapest, reasonable quote on minor damage. And will take months of back and forth until they’re tire you. Avoid. Filthy, filthy people.

SPM629984 - claim submission : 12/06/2021 I am completely appalled with the service that my husband and I are receiving from Oxford Claims. As a registered driver, my husbands vehicle always needs to be in good condition, outside and in, this is one of the first things drivers need to consider. He have been without work since the accident where another driver drove into his tail gate. I have never ever experienced this kind of service with our own insurer which is very concerning as I now question whether this company is actually legit. My husband initially dealt with a Veronica whomby submitted his claim to her manager Vanessa (who does not seem to get any good reviews on this forum, by the way) . The only response he has received after making numerous calls to their institution, was that Vanessa was waiting for the director Frans, to approve the claim. What is most concerning is that upon following up on our claim, the only reason for the delays is "this is a legal matter and will take time." This is utter nonsense as I have mentioned before, we have never experienced this kind of treatment with our own insurer and not to only compare service delay but why must my husband, the 3rd party client always be the one to follow up? Was my husband not inconvenienced by Oxfords client? To this day, we have yet to receive a call from Oxford to provide us with the process and way forward and atleast some kind of an apology for their unprofessional service. My expectations are that I expect to receive some kind of response from Oxford in this matter as our vehicle is our bread and butter.

UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, INEPT, UNACCEPTABLE They represent Princeton Group [ Princeton Security ] Reading the other reviews the common thread is that they appear to use delay tactics to avoid any liability on 3rd party claims. This appears to be common practice as well as their modus operandi when dealing with client claims. There appears to be the same "cut & paste" responses to all queries [ from what I have noted & encountered in my own experience ]. Please see below my email correspondence with them : Good Day Please, advise again how you came to your outcome. This process has been dragged out by yourselves for over a month now. You have deliberately attempted to avoid any liability in this matter at every turn & have reverted back with three different outcomes during this period. Your first feedback - 1st May 2021 2.1 Our insured driver was not the cause of the collision . It is our instruction that the collision was caused by; 2.1.1 You as you collided into insured vehicle as you moved into the turn off lane., that the incident happened on Your second feedback - 5th May 2021 from Nombulelo Please note that we have relooked at the claim and are liable for your vehicle damages. Your third feedback - 12 May 2021 2.1 You should have kept a proper lookout, but failed to do so and also failed to take the necessary evasive action to avoid an accident The third feedback is also inaccurate as the Princeton vehicle came across the three oncoming lanes from behind a taxi. I did take evasive action, I braked & turned to the left but the Princeton vehicle did not brake at all & proceeded to collide with my vehicle & there was no chance of avoidance from my side. The Princeton vehicle, again, did not have right of way. The Princeton driver did not keep a proper lookout for oncoming traffic. Please advise how you can come to the conclusion & apportion any blame to myself as I have right of way in this incident & the Princeton vehicle & driver did not adhere to the rules of the road or observe when crossing over the 3 lanes of traffic ? It is noted that you have changed the outcome in this regard [ in your responses ] on 3 occasions to suit your narrative & avoid full liability. This process has dragged on for far too long at our inconvenience. The outcomes have been totally inacurate, unprofessional & unacceptable. Please advise to whom we can escalate this matter as the handling, up until this point, has been incompetent & inept. AND ANOTHER MAIL I SENT 2 DAYS LATER - & still no response : Good Day Please do so because I have noted that the case law you are applying is also flawed & not relevant to the present matter. 4. In support of our assessment of the above apportionment of liability we refer to the following case law which is relevant to the facts of the present matter: RIGHT TURN – AGAINST DRIVER TURNING RIGHT The majority of cases are of the view that the driver turning right needs to ensure that the following traffic has observed and responded to his signal to turn right (see Brown vs Santam 1979 4 SA 370 W, Potgieter vs AEG Telefunkun 1977 4 SA 3 O, James vs Fletcher 1973 1 SA 687 RA, Boots Co vs Somerset West Municipality 1993 SA 216 (C)). Please note that I am not the following trafic [ i was the oncoming vehicle ]& the video provided also shows that the driver of the Ford did not observe or signal to turn right. These guys are a sham & do Renasa's dirty work. They should be ashamed of themselves. No Feedback from - Nombulelo Ndlovu, Eva Goremusandu, Vanessa Kgase

I have been waiting for 4 months for them to give me a answer on a 3rd party claim that I submitted in December. "Every time I email I get the same response OCLS holds instructions to act on behalf of Renasa insurance. Kindly note that file has been submitted to management for consideration. Please follow up with us after five working days for an update." I have followed up about 4 times already, and they just stopped responding to me at all. The 3rd party specialist Vanessa has just decide to ignore my emails. What tipe of company is this?

A person has driven into my vehicle and his insurer is Oxford claims and legal services, this has happened more than two months ago and my vehicle still has not been repaired or even any progress has been given. For the past teo months they have said that they are awaiting feedback from management.

Good day. Are you guys a scam or what? Have claimed 3rd party like 2 months ago and we had communication until an assessor was appointed which was over a month ago. At one point the contact details provided just stopped working and my emails where never responded anymore. Vanessa keeps on asking for an extra 5 days whenever I call and still I have to runaround as if m begging. What is so difficult to assess a claim for over 2 months? Do you really think we are that crazy to go on with your delay tactics forever? M going to sue your client for every penny I used since the accident on the vehicle and they will deal with you. Your service is horrable to the last degree and you always think you dealing with illiterate people. Useless staff

3rd Party rip off claims!! Send all the necessary documentation requested from Oxford Claims and Legal Services for the 3rd party claim on my vehicle. Was told to send 2 quotes and digital pictures of the damage to my vehicle. Waited 2 months for a reply. After making 2 calls a day for weeks, the assesor's reply to my claim was a payment of R10k less than the cheaper quote sent in. His comments: "Looks like old damage" ??? i then requested that i drive my vehicle to his office, as how do you make an assesment like that based on photographs 2 months after the accident?... Needless to say, a reply was sent to say the assesor rejected my comments... and i have to make peace with the amaount the assesor has approved! Pathetic service and totally unfair comment, and not interested in making an actual assesment on my vehicle. Is it even legal to make an assesment based on photographs?.. Be great to challenge this in court!
