Rude receptionist

Dr Darryl Russel Hirschowitz is an excellent vet. His bed side manner is wonderful and he is always attentive. He is warm and truly cares about the animals

However, the receptionist is extremely rude and uncouth. She has been abrupt and condescending to myself and my family members on many occasions. I know many people who have opted not to go to this particular clinic purely because they would have to interact with her. She has no way of talking to people and makes you feel as though you are inconveniencing her. Her demeanour is the complete opposite of the Dr's
