Taking too long to make the payment
I'm still waiting for the refund. Its been ten days after I write the first review and I'm being told that they are waiting for authorisation of six hundred rands I have never seen this maybe I'm going to get it with interest. How many more weeks should I wait for my six hundred rands??

Further to your last email.You were contacted by Hennie Prinsloo.We have also established that account name was under Dube and the request was been asked under Kayise.We also noted that you asked our Distribution Department for a refund and was advised by Zipho of the process.There was also a change in medical condition treated (which we cannot reveal) that caused the confusion in doing the refund. Following a discussion with the receivables team,Your refund will be processed tomorrow

23 Jul 2021, 10:50I dont know what is it that you are talking about when you say "there was also a change in medical condition treated" because you gave us a Covid cylinder instead of a oxygen concentrator, thus charging us the amount of money that the medical aid didn't pay you. I will really appreciate it if my money can be paid today as per telephone conversation with Hennie this morning.
