I work for above Company for 5 years This year on 08_08_23 they end up my contract Promising to pay me 2 months salary together with my leave days. So far nothing happened and they don't take my calls anymore and denied entry for me to them. Agreement was signed I got Proof

With regard to home oxygen systems and their power backup systems, stay away from this company. Extremely poor after sales service and unhelpful personnel. they keep on finding excuses for their own poor delivery and expect customers to pay

I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. They really do go the extra mile, especially Christine from sales. She was never to busy to answer my hundreds of calls or to offer advice. I would recommend them to anyone, any day.

Poor and pathetic service provided by Oxygen & General. A medical need of a part of a machine was needed. Contact was made with several staff members but no one could assist and no one was willing to assist. The staff were extremely rude particularly Stina, Maria , Shaun and Ronald. I would never recommend this company to anyone . Extremely poor service for a company providing needs for oxygen supplies. It's past 2 months and I still have not heard from anyone regarding a small but important material that is required .

On 2/12/22 my doctor told his assistant to order a oxygen machine for me. I specifically told her to order a portable machine. When it was delivered on 6/12/22 I saw that it was a stationary machine. I called and e-mailed them on 6/12 and 8/12 to fetch the machine from me and repay me the money I paid for renting the machine. On 8/12 they said that they are organising a portable machine and that they would speak to the CEO about the repayment. On 8/12 and 12/12 I requested again that the stationary must be removed as it is useless to me and when can I expect my repayment .They fetched the machine on 14/12 and I asked again abour the repayment. Without them asking I sent them my banking details. They said that they will send it through to head office. I contacted them again on22/12 and again on 4/1/23. NOTHING !!

I'm still waiting for the refund. Its been ten days after I write the first review and I'm being told that they are waiting for authorisation of six hundred rands I have never seen this maybe I'm going to get it with interest. How many more weeks should I wait for my six hundred rands??

Absolutely disgusting service from this company. My husband was discharged from hospital due to covid complications and needed oxygen. Was told we needed to pay a R540 fee that the medical aid does not cover. We paid without having an issue. Two days later we still haven't received our oxygen with no feedback or communication from Oxygen and General just dead silence from their side. Trying to call them is a nightmare as the landline never gets answered and the receptionist is rude, puts you on hold while you are still talking. Decided to take a drive all the way from Centurion to find out what the issue is just to get told by Desmond that you cannot just rock up there, with a don't call us we will call you attitude. My husband still tried to explain that he needs his oxygen and Desmond promptly decided to just turn his back on him and decided to rather speak to someone else whilst my husband is still talking. Having received no service we decided to cancel the oxygen and requested a refund. Caroline keeps on making promises and we are yet to receive our refund. 8 Days later we get a call from Desmond....your oxygen is ready... really we canceled the oxygen. Please just give our money back. You should rather close your doors, your service is pathetic and you clearly don't care two hoots about your customers.
