I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. They really do go the extra mile, especially Christine from sales. She was never to busy to answer my hundreds of calls or to offer advice. I would recommend them to anyone, any day.
Worst experience ever. I signed a contact with the salesman/rep with a promise of a security system to be installed the next day. I paid the deposit to the salesman/rep. The next day when I queried as to how late they would come and install, I was told they only put in the order that day and it could take up to 3 days. I went in after numerous phone calls and told them I wanted to cancel and I wanted my deposit back. The man that took my money the previous day said sorry but he didn't have it as he had deposited it into the company account. I was told I would have to wait for it to be paid and cleared in my bank account. I did get the deposit back and that was the last I heard from them, until today. I received a message from a collection agency saying I owe them over R3000. How the ......? Then try and contact their accounts department or manager. They do not answer their phones nor do they bother to call back. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They are incompetent and inconsiderate.
RMCS got my husbands cell number from Edgar's and took it upon themselves to give him promotional airtime monthly, which has now changed him from prepaid to contact at Vodacom. We are trying from 25th January to have this cancelled. It is costing me unnecessary money, and all I keep getting is more reference numbers and being told to wait 48 hrs. Yesterday, after insisting to speak to a manager, I spoke to a person by the name of PAULINE. She again wanted to give me the same story. I asked her for their physical address so I could go in personally. Her reply to me was "you must Google Blue Label Connect if you want it" All we want is this contract cancelled immediatly and they should send their staff for customer care training.
My husband got promotional airtime from RMCS which changed his cell number from prepaid to contract. This was given from Edgars to RMCS. We are trying to cancel this as he does not want this and did not give premission for a contract either. Edgars say they cant help to get this cancelled, yet it is because of them we are stuck in this situation, which is costing me money trying to get this contract cancelled. They should be held liable seeing they started this.
