They are currently our security. There signage fell off our gate. Asked them to put it back. They leave huge white glue marks all over pallisade fence and plak 2 new signs somewhere else. Come clean up your mess. Eugene and Jolene, you need to look deeper as to what your staff are not doing. Empty promises for 2 month to fix this. Still not done. Lets see if this gets done or we keep taking it higher and higher. Its a sad day when thinhs cant just be done right the 1st time. Come on take pride in what u do. Also stick to what you say you will do.Or is this just a job? Pathetic

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Do not think of signing up with this company, bad service, bad admin, extorting money for a contract that was canceled years ago. When were held at gunpoint where were they ... but they have the decency to want to collect money after I confirmed with them the contract is canceled more than 2 years ago...! Useless!

I’m just warning residents about this extremely unprofessional and bad security company. My house was burgled by criminals in March, I had a fence alarm, beams and inside alarms connected to this company. When these people cut the fence the alarm went off signalling at the offices of this company, n they never phoned me to let me know, their security guard came to my house more than 4 times that night spending more than 30 minutes per visit, to date the company can’t explain to me what he was doing because clearly he wasn’t reacting to stop the burglary. I’m under a huge suspicion that he was in the same team with the criminals and was just protecting them to finish their job. What’s worse is the management that can’t even give me a single answer / explanation why they never called me as a client, why they never accessed the premises with the remotes I gave them. This company is full of criminals instead of protecting their clients, I strongly suspect that they work with criminals to break into their clients . I’m disgusted by Pieter Jacobs who is the owner and has no regard whatsoever for his clients. If you are with this company, consider your options .

Worst experience ever. I signed a contact with the salesman/rep with a promise of a security system to be installed the next day. I paid the deposit to the salesman/rep. The next day when I queried as to how late they would come and install, I was told they only put in the order that day and it could take up to 3 days. I went in after numerous phone calls and told them I wanted to cancel and I wanted my deposit back. The man that took my money the previous day said sorry but he didn't have it as he had deposited it into the company account. I was told I would have to wait for it to be paid and cleared in my bank account. I did get the deposit back and that was the last I heard from them, until today. I received a message from a collection agency saying I owe them over R3000. How the ......? Then try and contact their accounts department or manager. They do not answer their phones nor do they bother to call back. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They are incompetent and inconsiderate.

I switched from EFT to debit order last year, they never acknowledge or put it through on requested date. When I queried, Joshua called and apologised and said that it would be put through, but that we owe a certain amount for license fees (which I paid that day). When I asked him if we'll be in arrears, he said no. Then called back saying that they made a mistake and we will be in arrears but because it's their mistake they would take it off in 2 payments, first payment was done but not second one. Then a few months later I got a statement saying that licence fee is different from one Joshua gave me and that second arrear payment wasn't taken off. I called, spoke to lady called Taylor which said no one available but they will get back to me. Then got an invoice with normal amount to pay, but debit order went off for much more. When I called Joshua again, he couldn't remember what I was talking about but said he'll look into it and come back to me. After numerous emails to different people, including Joshua, at SOS no reply. Then last month an amount was taken off via debit order, my husband called and spoke to Joshua, who said that now (in March) the last payment will go off for which we were in arrears (because of their incompetence), but it will be a lot less than last month. Then same amount went off, although we got an invoice that is much less than debited amount. I've been trying to speak to someone at their offices, but everyone is conveniently unavailable to try and sort the problem they have caused, out.

How to make a public hospital experience a bad one??? Employ so called "security guards" who seriously lack professionalism and diplomacy!!! Last night I had to take my mom to Dr. Yusuf Dadoo Hospital, as she was completely disorientated and couldn't even remember her own name. The nurses and doctors at the hospital were supportive and took great care of my mom (who is in her 70's). I had my daughter with me and covid hospital policy allows only one family member to accompany the patient. I initially spent about an hour taking my mom, in a wheelchair, to the various departments for registration, triage, x-rays, etc. because she couldn't even string a sentence together. When that was done I had to go outside to check on my daughter who was waiting in the car (we arrived at the hospital around 19:00). At around 21:30 I went back into the hospital for the fourth time to see if my mom was ready to come home because all procedures the doctors needed to have done were complete and it had been over 30 minutes since I had been inside the hospital. A security guard (who was wearing half a uniform and had NO PSIRA identification or security "branding" blocked me from going to the casualty division! He just said "I won't allow you to go inside, you must wait in the reception area for them to call you." I explained the situation to him and he said "I don't care who you are, you are nobody and you need to wait with everyone else." There were a total of THREE patients in casualty and no one had stopped me from entering before because they could see that my mom couldn't even communicate. He was blatantly rude, disrespectful and lacked diplomacy! I asked him for his details so that I could report him for his behaviour and he totally refused to give me ANY details (his name, surname, the company he works for or even if he is registered with PSIRA). He challenged me with every detail, was abrupt and abusive with his language and made that hospital visit embarrassing and completely uncomfortable, to say the least. He shouted at me while I was explaining to him that I needed to collect my mother and had made arrangements with the doctor to check in on my mother, but he wouldn't listen to ANYTHING I had to say... it was so bad that the doctors and nurses had to come and see what the fuss was about. I eventually walked past him to collect my mom, who was still in a wheelchair. WHAT AN ORDEAL and WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE from one security guard at the hospital!!! Upon driving out of the hospital premises, the security guard at the gate entrance was very friendly and told me that SOS handles the security at the hospital... So it is my opinion that SOS should pay more attention to selection of personnel who will be working in public spaces in order to deliver diplomatic behaviour and professionalism!

SOS Protec sure does not care about their clients. last year their sale consultant came to my house recruited me to join SOS protect sure and sold me the alarm and now the person who was send to me by SOS protect sure was busy with his business on the side which I did not know, he was selling alarm systems as if it's SOS material, now the system does not operate and when I complain they want to charge me for call out fee and I should buy another alarm system but I said no you send your people to me so why should I pay again! They say the guy was fired but I said still its not my fault. It's been four months now trying to get them to sort out the mess.
