Disgusting service n criminal elements

I’m just warning residents about this extremely unprofessional and bad security company. My house was burgled by criminals in March, I had a fence alarm, beams and inside alarms connected to this company. When these people cut the fence the alarm went off signalling at the offices of this company, n they never phoned me to let me know, their security guard came to my house more than 4 times that night spending more than 30 minutes per visit, to date the company can’t explain to me what he was doing because clearly he wasn’t reacting to stop the burglary. I’m under a huge suspicion that he was in the same team with the criminals and was just protecting them to finish their job.

What’s worse is the management that can’t even give me a single answer / explanation why they never called me as a client, why they never accessed the premises with the remotes I gave them. This company is full of criminals instead of protecting their clients, I strongly suspect that they work with criminals to break into their clients . I’m disgusted by Pieter Jacobs who is the owner and has no regard whatsoever for his clients.
