I ordered TWO white solar fans with three white blades. I received two white solar fans with five blue blades and they DON'T even look like the picture of the fans I ordered on the Takealot website. One of which wasn't even working. I returned the order and they reviewed the products and said they would replaced them with the right fans. The replacement fans I received were exactly the same as the wrong order they originally sent me. I ordered two white solar fans with three blades and received two solar fans with five blue TWICE!!! FALSE ADVERTISING if they send you a product that doesn't even look like the one you ordered!
How to make a public hospital experience a bad one??? Employ so called "security guards" who seriously lack professionalism and diplomacy!!! Last night I had to take my mom to Dr. Yusuf Dadoo Hospital, as she was completely disorientated and couldn't even remember her own name. The nurses and doctors at the hospital were supportive and took great care of my mom (who is in her 70's). I had my daughter with me and covid hospital policy allows only one family member to accompany the patient. I initially spent about an hour taking my mom, in a wheelchair, to the various departments for registration, triage, x-rays, etc. because she couldn't even string a sentence together. When that was done I had to go outside to check on my daughter who was waiting in the car (we arrived at the hospital around 19:00). At around 21:30 I went back into the hospital for the fourth time to see if my mom was ready to come home because all procedures the doctors needed to have done were complete and it had been over 30 minutes since I had been inside the hospital. A security guard (who was wearing half a uniform and had NO PSIRA identification or security "branding" blocked me from going to the casualty division! He just said "I won't allow you to go inside, you must wait in the reception area for them to call you." I explained the situation to him and he said "I don't care who you are, you are nobody and you need to wait with everyone else." There were a total of THREE patients in casualty and no one had stopped me from entering before because they could see that my mom couldn't even communicate. He was blatantly rude, disrespectful and lacked diplomacy! I asked him for his details so that I could report him for his behaviour and he totally refused to give me ANY details (his name, surname, the company he works for or even if he is registered with PSIRA). He challenged me with every detail, was abrupt and abusive with his language and made that hospital visit embarrassing and completely uncomfortable, to say the least. He shouted at me while I was explaining to him that I needed to collect my mother and had made arrangements with the doctor to check in on my mother, but he wouldn't listen to ANYTHING I had to say... it was so bad that the doctors and nurses had to come and see what the fuss was about. I eventually walked past him to collect my mom, who was still in a wheelchair. WHAT AN ORDEAL and WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE from one security guard at the hospital!!! Upon driving out of the hospital premises, the security guard at the gate entrance was very friendly and told me that SOS handles the security at the hospital... So it is my opinion that SOS should pay more attention to selection of personnel who will be working in public spaces in order to deliver diplomatic behaviour and professionalism!
