If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Do not think of signing up with this company, bad service, bad admin, extorting money for a contract that was canceled years ago. When were held at gunpoint where were they ... but they have the decency to want to collect money after I confirmed with them the contract is canceled more than 2 years ago...! Useless!

Query ********** 5 closed without explanation, resolution and after six months of passing the buck . I regret the day I took up the contract at this point .
Bad service is their first name but yet so quick to invoice and debit and Yet ask for service ask a question and there is no response for months all you get is a useless reference number .
If as an individual you happen to be wise enough to come across this on the internet . I would urge anyone not to fall prey to the cheap prices of Telkom data as it comes with cheap service .

The agent mobile talk will sell you the product but then distance themselves when it comes to service post delivery</p> <p>2. Their accounting derpartment might just double debit you becuase they have access to your account .</p> <p>3. As for Telkom , they have proven to me that they do not care about their reputation or the fact that they are in the service of clients</p>
<p>I have been requesting information regarding money reflecting on a axccount I signed up with them and there has been no written response to the issue . I have requested the telephone recording which they say you can have access to ; still no response . Got all sorts of useless reference numbers ... but nothing .</p> <p> </p> <p>My advise take it or leave it... Llearn from my mistake and rather not take up a contract with them . <p>I received a call from a company called mobile talk who were offering a Telkom wifi router contrat for 24 months for a fixed price of R 149.BUT WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THAT in the background they set an amount for you to spend even more than what you signed up for it called a "Spend limit " . if you do not log into their UNSERFRIENDLY website to monitor your data spend , you will find yourself paying for more than what you signed up for and when you try and change it it does not work .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have filled a complaint two days ago and have note reveiced any feedback , becuase i did not agree to any other amount about from what they sold . this is a contravension of my consumer rtights as i di not choose that " Spend limit" ansd id not agree to it .</p> <p> </p> <p>My reference number to this complaint is ********** 0 and no one has reached out .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
