Oxymed life saving
I bought a Dedakj home oxygen concentrator from take a lot only to find I needed to change the white air filters which was very important to replace for the machine to work properly and protect the compressor .Take a lot does not stock the filters and couldn’t tell me where to get them . After much searching my Nephew discovered Oxymed in Rivonia Johannesburg stocked them . Literally a life saver for us . We received excellent service from Dan at oxymed . He was extremely helpful and will even courier the filters to you and he’s more than happy to help you with any questions you have because it’s very daunting when you have someone going on home oxygen in the beginning it’s scary but thank you Dan for the help you gave me .So if you looking for the filters for the Dedakj concentrator Oxymed is where you will find them .I think they are the only ones who stock them I couldn’t find them anywhere else .

Most refreshing and grateful experiences
It was one of the most refreshing and grateful experiences of my life to deal with Daniel and their exceptional service and caring attitude toward my needs as a severe COPD sufferer. My dilemma was their primary focus and not the financial side of the transaction. Comfortable breathing is sort of important.... Thanks
