****MERS - They are not who they say they are. You buy online then they say no payment received and they don't do payfast but allllll that is on their website

Paid account not resolved
I paid the very small amount that I still owed them only to be told a couple of months later that I never paid the "interest". I told them they never mentioned this when I paid & said I wasn't going to pay. They handed the matter over to attorneys & after a long period decided to pay the once again small amount to get them off my back. This was done on 3 March 2022. To this day they have not done anything to correct this, they keep sending me to all their attorneys over & over requesting payment. In this month of April 2024 the same attorneys that I paid the said amount to contacted me, I sent them all inf o which they forwarded to Home Choice. Home Chooice told them they will get back to them but then sent the matter on to the next attorneys - pathetic. This is regardless of phone calls, emails & proof of payment sent I just keep getting bounced around with no finalization. Very poor and bad service
