Oztrail South Africa contact issues.
Poor communication and customer service. The product is great , however it is sold by people with no business ethic. It is extremely difficult to make contact with Oztrail. I'm now stuck with a warranty issue due to a damaged part during transport. No response from the business.

Hi please people don't trust this people i fond them on Facebook took they number what'sapp them i though is was are good business taking blacklisted people and they lower instalments i then ask them am interested i then told them am looking for a. Bakkie they then sent me the ones they have selected on then in a hour i was approved then they asked me R2000 when i asked is for wht they told me it was for pepper work mind it was not my first time getting a car the previous one was never asked for money for paperwork i then sent it they sent they are tymbank account something told me the was something wrong how come are business be using tymbank savings account but i gave them are benefits off doubt they told me to make EFT immediate payment i did that then sent the proof of payment then i was told to send 3k more for delivery i asked them the 3k is for what they told me if anything happens on the car is for insurance there and then my blood got cold hard the money but i told them i have have it I'll be having it the next week they even told uf i can come up with 1.5k they will give me the other 1.5k i told i dont even have it i the go and goole that's where i saw the reviews then I told them they said if i had a problem with they business i should send them my banking details to refund me since was what for it until today so please please be careful people people are wicked out there

I contact with Brandon Daisy from OZ Rental Pty Ltd they ask for 3 Month bankstatement copy of your Id and drivers license and then you don’t hear from them again. These are scammers. They just want you personal information. Be very careful they post on fb.

OZ Rent to Own Cars PTY LTD
This company or person post cars for cheap pm on social media .Then they ask your bank statement.Then they sent mail back to say you are approved.But then delete the cars pictures say go to local dealer as you took to long to reply.Not even a hour to decide they stop you from doing business with them .They way they operate is very unprofessional.Give people hope and which are vulnerable as they cannot get bank finance .I don't know if they legit as they have my banking details and my ID details. They advertise it on Facebook these rent to own cars . I know I am able to pay for these so called cars even throught a bank .But they need to be aware of not treat customers as they like to .

The definition of a Lemon. These guys sell damaged vehicles, disguised under a coat of paint. They should not be allowed to trade. A bad experience....the worst. If there is a negative 10 score they deserve it. STAY AWAY
