I had a loan account. Then my work closed due bankruptcy. Then I tried pay or arrangements. It was in 2022.Then the debt was written off. Today I just got a update on credit report it is back. As far as I know when a debt was written off a consumer cannot claim again. Why they the account is active after 3 years. They also don't give feedback when do enquiries.

I just want say is a good tool to have. To guide me getting back on track. But they not updating ones profile all the time 'You need to remind them as there is maybe adverse listings for longer than the period it's suppose to be on your profile. Also they take long to respond. I the app it's very difficult to communicate.

Not connected
I paid a portion of my account, as they give you a option. But not connected. I message the, call them twice still not connected. I waited first 30mins to get through and still no one could positively resolved my issue. I think as soon as you end the call they just carry on with the next customer.

Not good not fair
I bought or rent to own a BMW 120D From the start I experienced problems, first oil leaks then the cluth. Then both back windows meganism broken. I reach out for help, and everyrime I informed Planet42 about my experience with this vehicle. It financially drained me. The warranty I had couldn't fix most of the stuff as it wasn't always covered or to less so I had to fixed it on my own. Then the last straw was I filled diesel by some garage which I don't know which dirty diesel. Then it went from one dealer to another I had to pay everyrime as the warranty didn't cover. I tried every angle to save this car and my name not to be blacklisted. But it couldng keep up anymore. And Planet42 in my time of the company I worked for went bankrupted decide to take the car. Today they still blacklist me and they can go check all my communication for alll the time I paid my installments til' this car broke so much. WHY THEY STILL BLACKLIST ME I did try and I am in and worst situation as I can't get a job because they blacklist me or even a rented place to stay. Please check my communication and also here on Hello Peter how I beg for help. This isn't fair Planet42

Termination
I just want to thank you for the time and support. I lost my car due to breakdowns since i got it. I informed you about this all the time. I had to pay for repairs all the time . I did not want to loose the car ,but i can help it anymore. The other problem please try to communicate with your customers, reply and listen to their concerns. As it end up where i am today. Lost my car but God will help me again. I know now how to buy and from whom.

Broken car
Hi Planet42 I am trying to urgently grt hold of you please. My car is now 2 months in thd workshop and now the owner want to sell the car as i dont have my portion to lpay yet I negotiated with him if we can pay the half he will fix the basics and release the vehi. Otherwise he will sell it to cover his cost.

I lost my job due to the company i worked for went bankrupt.I didnt had a income for about three months.My car broke due to dirty diesel was filled by one of the fuel stations.I fortunately found a new job.And Planet42 stood by me during this time.They also called me today to offer assistance by paying 50 percent of the amount the workshop ask me to repair my car.And now can i start pay my installment as i have a new job and could bring my other finances up to date . Thank you planet42 i will gladly refer anyone to you . Many thanks

Communication
Good day.I received a email regarding my account.I being sending emails and explain my situation.I lost my previous job due to the Company went bankrupt.I luckily got another job but sitting with stuff that went into arrears.And the car as usual are not driving.I am trying ti get a suitable mechanic . But why threatening me with repossession after i explained my situation.Is not that i cant afford it or dont want to pay .

Good Day all.I just want to thanks Planet42 for the assistance through all ,my work lose and the breakdowns i had with the car. I found a new job but my car is still broken . I just want them to please be direct as of if they will wait for me or let me fix this car once and for all.I just dont want to loose my car. I didnt get any income for almost three months .But i did pay something towards my car.I just want to know if i can fix this car this month. I just get payment reminders so i dont know if i will loose this car after everything i went through with it. But thank you Planet for all the help so far Just give me a direct answer please Will i loose my car? Ok will be able to pay this car from next month in full till paid up .
