Online Payment made on mid October to SHEIN via OZOW for goods ordered. Payment was processed and taken from my Credit Card. Queried SHEIN why no goods were delivered (via website - no personal interaction). SHEIN advised to contact OZOW their payment portal. SHEIN ticket = GAZTKWF5AKPSMDL. Contacted OZOW, their web/whatsapp messaging Robot is useless... again left a message on their website... OZOW advised that I should contact SHEIN to get a refund from SHEIN. Contacted SHEIN again. Ticket = GAZTKWKQPNT76BK SHEIN advised no payment was received from OZOW and I must contact my bank. No help from SHEIN or OZOW but they happy to take your cash. 20+ days after placed order on Shein for R731-00 was paid from my Credit Card and I still have no money and no goods. Be WEARY of online trading with SHEIN and OZOW.
