Poor customer service
Not happy with the customer service responses I received from Marco Bassani, co owner of https://coinsandcollectables.co.za/ He did not ask my preference of delivery and inconvenienced me in the process. After complaining about my experience I am now being harassed. HEED MY MESSAGE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unless you happy to be spoken to anyhow.
