I bought a car battery last year in April 2023, and now since December 2023 the battery has started giving me problems. So a week ago I went back the Pace Auto Services to inform than , because I know that battery is still under warranty. The guy that helped me took all my information and said that he will get to me because he can't find my transaction on there system. I waited for his call but nothing at all. I have to go back to them again yesterday after waiting for a week for them to contact me , only to be told that , since they can't find the transaction on there system there is nothing they can do about it even though I gave them a copy of the invoice that I received from them. They said that the guy that helped me last year doesn't work there any more and it seems like he everything wrong. They won't even remorseful or any thing , and when I asked what's the way forward this guys had the ***** to say I must just buy another battery from them again. This place in Marlboro is the one if the biggest ****** that I have ever in counted and I will never ever go there again. The worst service ever.
