I got the car in March and it initially had problems which was not communicated to me, the battery failed the same day I got the car, failed again the next day. It became a process to get a new one which I eventually did. The Aerial of the car is still not replaced even though it came like that. My initial sales consultant ignored my request about the Aerial and now I have left it as that considering no one is interested in replacing it. Now my current issue that irritates me more than anything, car was due for a service, I took it in Marlboro and I can say that it was the worst choice I made and will not do it again. After I took the car for a service it came back leaking oil and the brakes didn’t even last a month and they were so noisy, I called and I was told to bring it back, they don’t consider that we as customers have a daily job and going in and out during the day from work is not easy and we must bear the cost to travel back to work via Uber or bolt for a mistake they made. Fine I did that, now the car came back still with some drops of the oil on the ground and my wheel cap was broken and to top it off, they didn’t stamp my service book when they serviced the car!! I have not had any issues with Pace prior to this and I must say that their Auto services lacks customer service because even after I called the service advisor Anwar he still didn’t get back to me for mistakes they made. I have to waste my petrol or bolt money to get there. I am on a rent to buy option but if they fail to take care of a car that technically belongs to them says a lot about their service levels. I NOW HAVE CAR THAT WAS “SERVICED” but there’s nothing on the service book and they do not care to attend to something they did wrong. I am never using Pace Auto Services ever again, they are frustrating!

As a result of a successful claim against an Inspection company, the quote for a 'heater box swop' from Pace Auto Services was accepted. This is a complicated and difficult job which takes 9 hours to complete. I was hesitant to go ahead but was reassured by the MD of Pace that they have the necessary experience and expertise for any work on my model. This assurance was echoed by Kenneth Naicker the General Manager of Pace Auo Services The job was completed by Pace Auto Services Kempton Park and I now have a functioning heater ! No issues arose as a result of the work and I can recommend Pace Auto for repairs on any model which they have in their fleet of hire and Uber cars.

I bought a car battery last year in April 2023, and now since December 2023 the battery has started giving me problems. So a week ago I went back the Pace Auto Services to inform than , because I know that battery is still under warranty. The guy that helped me took all my information and said that he will get to me because he can't find my transaction on there system. I waited for his call but nothing at all. I have to go back to them again yesterday after waiting for a week for them to contact me , only to be told that , since they can't find the transaction on there system there is nothing they can do about it even though I gave them a copy of the invoice that I received from them. They said that the guy that helped me last year doesn't work there any more and it seems like he everything wrong. They won't even remorseful or any thing , and when I asked what's the way forward this guys had the ***** to say I must just buy another battery from them again. This place in Marlboro is the one if the biggest ****** that I have ever in counted and I will never ever go there again. The worst service ever.

This ****** company all together with SA Motor Lease wants to **** us as clients. My car was blocked by tracking unit and it went to them for that issue as it was towed from where it stopped. They couldn't pick up the problem, instead they did major service to the car which was due already and booked. I took the car Friday. I drive about 39 minutes, the car stopped. It couldn't start only crank and goes off. The car was blocked by tracking unit, now they say they checked the car there's no issue on their side. Then I'm told petrol pump need to be replaced... What msoonery is this? The car has been fine then all of a sudden after it was blocked by tracking unit of theirs is having a petrol pump issue? We shouldn't be fooled. We're paying for theses cars people and we use them daily. I haven't been to work for 3 days cos I don't have a car. I'm a victim of your kaak service and unacceptable **** done to clients. It is Dec and you decide to **** us like this. I'm so angry and fed up. Please make sure my car is fine by tomorrow Tuesday, or we have to meet in court for your doggy doings. #SA Motor Lease #Pace

Pace Auto Services, the guy was very rude, he is arrogant, he doesn’t respect clients time, he doesn’t want to utilise alternatives available, his impossible to work with, so many customers are complaining about him, he says he doesn’t owe anybody an apology. His name is Ben

Am reviewing my review on Pace Auto services .They begged me to change my review as i had given a worse review and they promised to fix that continuous problem of the car and their accounts department making agreement and cancelling.they threaten to cancel the contract if you try anything if anyone can help please am a family man driving uber. uber have had contract for three years

Brought in my car small for a repair. Arrived at the workshop at 07:30am and was told that there was something else hugely wrong with the car that they needed to fix right away as it is unsafe to drive. A quote was sent and approved with provisions from SAML. After waiting for about 5 hours, the Mechanic mentioned that another part was now required. I need to wait for the part to be ordered and delivered before the vehicle can be worked on further. Another quote will be pending approval. I am very frustrated that there were no managers on sight to assist me and the workshop supervisor is extremely rude. I have been using pace for approximately 4 years and I am always disappointed at their terrible service. It's definitely not a place to get your car serviced.
