My phone was ****** at this place today and they couldn't do anything to help me. I'm so disappointed and heart broken. Definitely not a safe place to be.
I placed my order on the 21st of July till today I am waiting for delivery. Their order tracking system and courier company are terrible. I have been trying to call and email both shipping company and Ackermans bit no assistance. Their service is pathetic and I do not recommend. Never again!
This company does not even deserve 1 star. From the 21st of July my issue has still not been resolved. I canceled my loan application now they are refusing to cancel the debit mandate that was setup on my account and provide me with proof. I know they will be debiting funds from my account when that date comes. They are trying to **** us like this. I will post a review on all platforms everyday to weaken their business until they resolve my issue. So disgusting.
I am highly disappointed at the lack of efficiency, communication and unprofessionalism of this company. I app**** for a loan on 21 July 2024, I've been chasing them since to date. Their online website is so faulty and inaccurate. I have been asked more than 5 times to submit my documents of which I did but still no help. They start off by making you approve a debit order mandate before even a final approval, then drag the process of application until they can probably debit the funds from your account without even loaning you the money they promised. At this point, I feel ****med and therefore wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for assistance.
What a terrible experience from makro online ordering. Ordered chairs on black friday and money was taken from my account but makro says I did not pay for them. Till today i have not received my chairs or a refund.
Brought in my car small for a repair. Arrived at the workshop at 07:30am and was told that there was something else hugely wrong with the car that they needed to fix right away as it is unsafe to drive. A quote was sent and approved with provisions from SAML. After waiting for about 5 hours, the Mechanic mentioned that another part was now required. I need to wait for the part to be ordered and delivered before the vehicle can be worked on further. Another quote will be pending approval. I am very frustrated that there were no managers on sight to assist me and the workshop supervisor is extremely rude. I have been using pace for approximately 4 years and I am always disappointed at their terrible service. It's definitely not a place to get your car serviced.
Worst first time experience ever!!! I am so disgusted and disappointed at their poor service. I placed an order on the 14th of December 2021 for the 15th of December 2021. The order was meant for a birthday party on the date of delivery. The order was delivered separately. The cake was delivered at 21:30 on the 14th of December 2021 and it was delivered upside down and clearly mishandled. See pictures attached. The laptop bag was delivered this morning the 16th of December 2021 at around 8am. When it arrived we realized that it did not fit the intended purpose so the late delivery was not the only inconvenience but the fact that it did not fit the recipients laptop was extremely disappointing. Prior to my purchase I called in to netflorist to be advised on the size of the laptop bag I was about to purchase and the consultant gave me the dimensions of a standard size laptop of 37,5 cm in length and 24,5 cm in width of which I even used my own measuring tape to check if it will be correct before I place the order. Even after the order was placed I had to call in multiple times and chat to the consultants online to check the status of my delivery. This has been the worst experience by far and I qm extremely unhappy with Netflorist and will never use them again or recommend to anyone for future purchases. Today I got hold of them and was told that they have to arrange a pick up for the laptop bag and only after that has happened I will be refunded after 3 working days. As for the messed up cake because it was eaten they can only give me half of the money back. After I expressed my unhappiness I was told the manager would call me back but that never happened.
Rubbish service from the manager Desh...I would not recommend anyone to this place. She is full of attitude, rude and has no customer etiquette. I alerted the owner about it but he didn't do anything.
Terrible experience with Safarinow booking. Made a booking on 10 Dec and it apparently did not reflect on their side but went off on my side. Still in the process of getting a refund. Now they claim payment was reversed. I will never use them again and I hope that people will learn from this.
I had a terrible experience with my husband last night. We ordered food and it was not that great. We ordered drinks and his had floating dirty things in it coming from apparently their tap machine. My husband collapsed after a few minutes drinking their beer and they were not helpful at all.
