I forgot my cell phone charger and an iron and have communicated to the hotel twice on contacts via their website but nothing still. Very dissapointed with their contacts communication method. I guess they only respond to bookings only via this platform of theirs.

I'm use the Gautrain bus and train every day traveling from Sandton to Hatfield. This morning I made it just in time for the bus to Menlyn mall but forgot to load my gautrain card. So I tried using my debit cards. My capitec card said blocked and my TymeBank said I can only use one card. I was directed to the station to enquire why. I was told my tyme bank card shows it's fine. My capitec owes R89. Firstly if there's funds in my account how is it owing and who's problem is it. I'm an hour late for work because of this.. You need to take accountability for this.. I used my debit card knowing I have funds in it.. It's not my problem you didn't take the funds.. Its a disgrace my job is on the line because of your incompetence

*** Radisson Red Rosebank Dishonest staff led by dishonest ‘management - aspiring **** artists. I paid for the valentines day package in full, in advance, only to told on arrival that they can’t accommodate my wife and I. The manager (round guy) commits to making a refund (on his own accord), refers me to a lady in his staff that claims to have made the refund and it should reflect within 7-10 business days. She fails to provide proof of payment and after 10 business days it turned out that transaction was never made.

*** Radisson Red Rosebank Dishonest staff led by dishonest ‘management - aspiring **** artists. I paid for the valentines day package in full, in advance, only to told on arrival that they can’t accommodate my wife and I. The manager (round guy) commits to making a refund (on his own accord), refers me to a lady in his staff that claims to have made the refund and it should reflect within 7-10 business days. She fails to provide proof of payment and after 10 business days it turned out that transaction was never made.

Overcharged but getting no refund :-( - Reservation Number 70173558 A charge to credit card for R4000 was made by Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton on arrival (Mr Paul Praschma) - this was supposed to be held, not charged. Was told this would be reversed but to date has not been reversed/refunded. On check-out, Mr Praschma paid invoice in full but the R4000 was not reversed and he has made several requests for refund. Have been in contact with: Ndlovu, Mthokozisi <mthokozisi.ndlovu@radissonblu.com Selepe, Mbali <mbali.selepe@radissonblu.com Mthupha, Maswazi <maswazi.mthupha@radissonblu.com No resolution to this issue. Called on 21/02/2022 at 09h10 to speak to Danie Smith who was not available and reception would not dislose cell number.

My husband made the booking and gave his cCard for payment. When I booked in they say I needed to make payment before I can be booked in, so I made payment with my ccards, they said when my husband joined me the next day we can come and the will reverse payment on my card and put payment through on his card. So that’s what we did, our booking was 16-18 Nov2023. I still have not received my payment back on my card. I phoned Radison Blu Sandton 4 times spoke to a Dudu, everytime she says they will let their bank know to release the money it will take 24hrs. We stay there 16-18 Nov 2023 I still have not received my money back. In effect, we made double payment. My bank just need a letter from them stating detail for them to release money that is laying as uncleared….

Booked for New Years eve party 2022 into 2023. Thinking that the venue and music will be great. It was pathetic to say the least. The DJ played the ****piest music ever. Most of the crowd just sat simply because you paid a large amount for the ****tiest New Years event ever. Never again will I go to an event that Radisson hosts.

They can’t honor reservations made. How is it possible that I reserve for 8 people and spend all that time and money only to get there and you “don’t have space”. And absolutely no one is helpful and the absolute lack of empathy towards us was disgraceful!!!! The staff is RUDE!!!!!! And completely disregarded us. To say I’m ****ed is an understatement. My mother’s birthday celebration ruined!!!😡😡🤬🤬

I would personally like to thank Francis Kabela-Guest Relations Manager for the incredible service and for making the stay for my friend wonderful and me. It was my friend's birthday and we were both blown away at firstly the gorgeous suite we were given but the extra mile taken to make the room and our stay soo special. I am very grateful for the effort and making it a memorable time. Thank you soo much - its soo appreciated from both my friend and me
