Worst experience ever at Life Healthcare Flora Clinic. Took a work colleague who seemingly had a stroke. The incompetence from triage to casualty was absolutely pathetic. Dasy started at 10 Am left the clinic at 20:30 at night. There seems to be racial bias at this clinic. Will never go to a Life Healthcare clinic. Better to go to a Mediclinic or Netcare clinic.
Absurd to say the least. I joined discovery in Sept 2024. After 3 month waiting period Dec. My step daughter who had kidney stones before became violently ill on Monday 27 January after self medicating we called her Dr and he recommended we take her in . On Wednesday 29 Jan 2025 my wife took her to emergency at Garden City. Dr's checked her did a scan and found kidney stone lodged in her Urether. After spending most of the day trying to get admission the arrogance of the consultant that sits at Garden City stated categorically that she has to wait for authorization for 7 days. In the name of God how is this even humane. The child is in pain and she cannot be admitted. The staff were devasted at Garden City that she could not be admitted. They gave her pain meds and sent her home after she spent about 8 hours at the emergency at Garden City. The admin lady that is at the clinic from Discovery thinks she is GOD almighty . Shows no compassion no remorse. I quote" Your daughter must wait for 7 days before a decision on admission can be made" .Why do we pay medical aid ?If this is the case then rather go and get treated at a government hospital where you expect such service. I was on Bonitas and decided to move. The biggest mistake of my life. People Discovery medical Aid is a farce. They take your hard earned monies and in an emergency of this nature mess you around. Discovery health the worst ever in my 42 years of having a medical aid. Kudos to Bonitas and Medihelp never ever had this issue. Time to rethink,re-evaluate and move back.
I resigned from Bonitas Medical Aid several months ago. At the time Bonitas owed me an amount of R 12 237.60. When I requested the refund they categorically sent me an email stating that I had overspent on my day to day medical and they will deduct the said amount of R 5004.00. I agreed to this and was paid out the balance of R 7233.60. However during the week I received an email stating that the amount of R 5004.00 is still outstanding. If I don't settle they will hand me over to a collections agency. This is absurd since they already deducted the amount from the credit owed. " DOES THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT REALLY KNOW WHAT THERY ARE DOING" I sent them an email and have still not had a response. This company Allure-Nest is on Tik Tok selling a phemerone perfume. I paid the amount of R 499.00 for a bottle 2 weeks ago with a promise of delivery within 7 to 10 days. Send them queries on the contact to no avail. People please be carefull since the ad is so alluring but this seems to be a money making scheme.
Once again Bonitas Medical Aid not answering to emails with regard to refund amount that was taken for 2 months after medical aid was cancelled. email sent to their credit control department has no response. All I want is my monies to be paid back. They are extremely quick to debit your account but to pay back the amount they owe they take their own time. Reference number from No reply email received: 060824QG2SB4. Please pay me back what you owe me R 12 237.00. Please ensure you stop the debit order from going through. My bank has stated that you need to cancel from your side.
After many years of being a client of Telkom SA having had several contracts with them. My ex is having major issues with their billing system. her account Number : 334298736. She spoke to a lady Mtambo email address :MtamboHC@telkom.co.za who stated categorically that she must be emailed with the billing issue and she will sort it out. In my personal capacity I sent her 2 emails dated 25 and 26 July 2024. I am still awaiting a positive response which is not forthcoming. It is for this reason the staff at Telkom stores are so useless and unable to assist. This shows a fish rots from the head. Clearly not interested in assisting a client. The poorest service ever when companies are clamouring to keep their clients and not loose them to other operators.
I have been a member of Bonitas for just over a year. I cancelled my med Aid 3 June 2024. 4 June completed the cancellation form and sent. Sent a query on 4 July stating that I have cancelled. Queried Why they took their subs end of June. I sent them an email stating that I have cancelled. They once again sent me a reminder for end July subs to be deducted. How on earth can they do this . I have moved to another medical aid and now paying for 2 medical aids. Bonitas is the worst Medical Aid that I have had in 35 years of having a medical Aid. Reference Number : 260724Q9RXXY
Booked for New Years eve party 2022 into 2023. Thinking that the venue and music will be great. It was pathetic to say the least. The DJ played the ****piest music ever. Most of the crowd just sat simply because you paid a large amount for the ****tiest New Years event ever. Never again will I go to an event that Radisson hosts.
What can I say. I booked tickets in Jan 2020 before COVID for Dec 2020. Travelstart then sent me an email stating that the tickets can be used to end of Nov 2022. Since I was unable to get any reply or get hold of them on the telephone. I requested a work colleague to visit them in Cape Town. When he went to their office in Gardens they told him to return the next day since he needed an appointment. He returned the next day and met with a lady called Aviwe. Who told him that I need to send my query to her which I duly did to try and get flight dates. Some consultant sent me 2 dates for travel however since then I was retrenched. I sent Aviwe a total of 3 emails . 28 July,5 August and 11 August 2022 stating that I need a refund. The one reply I received was wait on the refunds department to sort out with the airlines on the amount. Too date there has been no call or email from the refunds department. Is Travelstart waiting to end November 2022 then tell me it's too late and I loose R 23000.00. No way not in my current situation. The airline was paid in full and have collected interest on my money. I called Qatar airways and they referred me back to Travelstart. So is someone from refunds ever going to get back to me or do I have to send someone to your offices in Gardens Cape Town to resolve this impasse.
