My husband made the booking and gave his cCard for payment. When I booked in they say I needed to make payment before I can be booked in, so I made payment with my ccards, they said when my husband joined me the next day we can come and the will reverse payment on my card and put payment through on his card. So that’s what we did, our booking was 16-18 Nov2023. I still have not received my payment back on my card. I phoned Radison Blu Sandton 4 times spoke to a Dudu, everytime she says they will let their bank know to release the money it will take 24hrs. We stay there 16-18 Nov 2023 I still have not received my money back. In effect, we made double payment. My bank just need a letter from them stating detail for them to release money that is laying as uncleared….
