I booked a ticket from Warrenton to jhb, departure 1:35 Its currently 2:32 I been waiting since 1 o clock. No communication from the bus company. My life is in danger sitting in the dark waiting for the bus. This is by far the worst experience. Arrival time shows 7:50 I'm starting work at 9. Not only am I in danger I'm also going to be extremely late for work if the bus decides to show up.
I'm use the Gautrain bus and train every day traveling from Sandton to Hatfield. This morning I made it just in time for the bus to Menlyn mall but forgot to load my gautrain card. So I tried using my debit cards. My capitec card said blocked and my TymeBank said I can only use one card. I was directed to the station to enquire why. I was told my tyme bank card shows it's fine. My capitec owes R89. Firstly if there's funds in my account how is it owing and who's problem is it. I'm an hour late for work because of this.. You need to take accountability for this.. I used my debit card knowing I have funds in it.. It's not my problem you didn't take the funds.. Its a disgrace my job is on the line because of your incompetence
After my previous review on the 29th of April. FNB responded by requesting copy of my ID which I emailed. It's now just over 8 months since R1500 E wallet was withdrawn without my knowledge while I'm at home in bed in Randburg. Withdrawel took place in Meadowlands soweto at 22:00 at night. I reported it. Fnb blocked my ewallet service and nothing has been done.. Like I said I emailed my ID copy on the 29th of April 2024 Still no feedback or communication. My ewallet service is still blocked on my number.. Im out of words, the service from FNB is discriminating. White people get helped without any delay. But the rest of us are treated like we stole our own money.. Imagine as a Colored guy going through the efford of driving pass all the FNB ATMs all day just do drive to soweto Meadowlands 22:00 at night to go and withdraw my ewallet that's been there all day..
Unfortunately I have to share my experience. So for 6 months no one in FNB seems to be willing to help customers.. I had a ewallet of R1600 I bought R60 airtime for my sister. Balance then became R1540 22:00 the evening I wanted to buy airtime for myself, the my surprise the balance showed R40. I immediately phoned the call centre, and I was told that it was withdrawn in Soweto Meadowlands while I'm at home in Randburg. I was then told a case has been logged and my ewallet service will be suspended.. Few weeks later I found out nothing was logged.. So they logged another case and asked me to get a avidavid and email it.. Another 3 weeks went by and I was told they never got the email. So I went to FNB Cresta the consultant took the avidavid and told me it's been sent. Till today nothing is showing my ewallet service is still suspended, no feedback from FNB. Firstly I banked with FNB and had a Platinum account with them. Secondly I worked for FNB. I'm from Kimberley and don't even know where Meadowlands is in soweto, I had my phone at home with me all day so no one could have had access to my phone. I knew FNB would never pay me back.. I wanted to find out how it's possible that someone else can get my ewallet pin. Even went to telkom to check if my SIM hasn't been cloned. I feel not only offended but also discrimated against. If my surname was Van Der Merwe it would have been resolved the same day. Same goes for the accounts. Platinum acc charges R399 pm. But then a bunch of fees pop up and you pay R700 for the account. You can keep the money seeing that your systems are flawed and you refuse to investigate.. Unblock my ewallet service on my number 0658797182 Treating me as if I stole my own money.. Banks are the *****'s out hear. Don't even try and call if your not going to give my money back that was withdrawn at your ATM.
