Dishonest staff led by dishonest ‘management - aspiring **** artists.
I paid for the valentines day package in full, in advance, only to told on arrival that they can’t accommodate my wife and I.
The manager (round guy) commits to making a refund (on his own accord), refers me to a lady in his staff that claims to have made the refund and it should reflect within 7-10 business days. She fails to provide proof of payment and after 10 business days it turned out that transaction was never made.
