Ordered a headboard - 2 weeks later, when it’s supposed to be delivered, they cancel due to “stock.” I ask how when the item is still on sale on the platform - I’m advised to order it again and when it eventually arrives, it’s missing parts. I’m ask to log a return for them to investigate the issue (for another week or 2) and only then can they exchange. After this circus, I asked to be referred to their complaints department and guess what - they don’t have one What a joke

*** Radisson Red Rosebank Dishonest staff led by dishonest ‘management - aspiring **** artists. I paid for the valentines day package in full, in advance, only to told on arrival that they can’t accommodate my wife and I. The manager (round guy) commits to making a refund (on his own accord), refers me to a lady in his staff that claims to have made the refund and it should reflect within 7-10 business days. She fails to provide proof of payment and after 10 business days it turned out that transaction was never made.
By virtue of staying in a Balwin property you’re forced to install their fibre: which is marked up and the connectivity is **** to put it quite frankly. I got the 50Mbs deal but I never get to experience those speeds - it some points there’s no connectivity at all. What a ****.

The driver pulled up with his wife 3 hours late (compared to the time the company had committed to). He kept inventing new lies every times I called to follow up. He arrived with 2 tyres when I had requested one. Sheer unprofessionalism!
The way iGrow mismanages Lombardy Meander tells you a lot about their attitude towards their work: there’s no sense of dedication and excellence. They’re unbothered about service delivery and they are unapologetically poor at managing property. There have been countless thefts and maintenance is neglected. The previous tenant’s issues in the apartment I’m occupying have not been addressed after a year of pestering the estate agent and will probably be charged to my account. The maintenance supervisor is just as unbothered about maintenance topics that are raised to him - zero sense of urgency and empty promises. The clubhouse is not fully equipped, there’s a regular sized pool for the whole complex and not all the lights in the parking bay are operational. The list goes on.

Not all the lights in the parking bay work and body corp is seemingly unbothered. The clubhouse has been in the works for months now and not a single gym equipment, all there is there is a regular-sized pool (for the whole complex) and unappealing fencing around it.
