Earlier this week, I reported a problem of shocking workmanship on the paving that was worked on at the refuse area, below our block. I asked MAFADI management to ask the builders to finish the job, leaving the paving at least in the condition they found it. They responded within 24 hours and builders restored the paving to as good as before. My thanks go out to Anabela Lourenco, the Estate Manager. Well done. Great response time and good service in general. David Humphrey

That area is targeted. City Power will impose load-shedding indefinitely (10+ hrs) as a way of saving energy through the industrials and claim it’s a “power outage”

Seggie Kistan ,Owner of block 66 unit 657 has denied paying me back my deposit . I am now asked to pay for painting of a wall that never painted when I moved in there and cleaning after the unit was thoroughly cleaned by a cleaning service .Horrible experience

Where to even begin? Everything is promised before one moves in , they make it sound like a dream world but for me the regret of moving in is just like hell! Not to mention the one drawer in the kitchen but when a person moves in all they should do is unpack , but here at Westlake you not only have to unpack you have to DEEP clean because once you sign the deal and the previous move out no one insures that the house is clean and let me just say mine was disgusting!!! Moving on to the lifestyle centre, the food is okay not the best but your staff, your staff are the most awesome people I’ve ever met in my life, they are so friendly and welcoming! Not only your staff at the centre but your security, friendly lovely people and honestly this place wouldn’t be the same without the staff and security and I honestly think they should be treated with more respect and care! My biggest problem is Nadine! Oh my gosh is this women rude, she doesn’t greet, she doesn’t wear her mask and she’s just disrespectful. I’ve hear from a lot of people and I must agree this place will be a lot better without her! It’s time to find people that suit the job and hers is with dealing with people and she’s not good at that!!!!

I witnessed such a horrible experience at Westlake Estate on the 17th March 2019 around 17h20. I was paying a sibling who stays in the estate a visit so he can show me around as I was interested in making an investment in the place. Some male security guard gave me such a stinking attitude I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Can you please get rid of this guy? He is not suitable to man the entrance. I will really like to invest in this estate.

I am currently staying at Westlake eco estate and I am very upset about the fact that they advertise these apartments as “WiFi ready apartments” but I have just found out that the Fibre is not even installed as yet! How can they advertise this but not inform the buyer that it is not ready???

I was so eager to move into Westlake Eco-estate as it displayed a warm, comfortable and enjoyable living experience, but little did I know I was moving into a terribly managed estate. Firstly, the Wi-Fi never works, the guards are rude and feel they have authority, there were numerous robberies, the estate manager is rude and unhelpful, and lastly the rules of the estate is ridiculous such as your pet has to be a certain height and breed even if you live in the ground floor apartment and apparently you can't braai. One of the incidents I had was they removed my 6 week-year-old puppy from my yard without even informing me before they did. This is a complete breach of security and privacy. You pay a high amount to live in this estate but you have no rights whatsoever. In my opinion, think twice before moving into Westlake Eco-estate because it could be your worst decision yet.
