Overcharged but getting no refund :-( - Reservation Number 70173558 A charge to credit card for R4000 was made by Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton on arrival (Mr Paul Praschma) - this was supposed to be held, not charged. Was told this would be reversed but to date has not been reversed/refunded. On check-out, Mr Praschma paid invoice in full but the R4000 was not reversed and he has made several requests for refund. No resolution to this issue.
