I got the car in March and it initially had problems which was not communicated to me, the battery failed the same day I got the car, failed again the next day. It became a process to get a new one which I eventually did. The Aerial of the car is still not replaced even though it came like that. My initial sales consultant ignored my request about the Aerial and now I have left it as that considering no one is interested in replacing it. Now my current issue that irritates me more than anything, car was due for a service, I took it in Marlboro and I can say that it was the worst choice I made and will not do it again. After I took the car for a service it came back leaking oil and the brakes didn’t even last a month and they were so noisy, I called and I was told to bring it back, they don’t consider that we as customers have a daily job and going in and out during the day from work is not easy and we must bear the cost to travel back to work via Uber or bolt for a mistake they made. Fine I did that, now the car came back still with some drops of the oil on the ground and my wheel cap was broken and to top it off, they didn’t stamp my service book when they serviced the car!! I have not had any issues with Pace prior to this and I must say that their Auto services lacks customer service because even after I called the service advisor Anwar he still didn’t get back to me for mistakes they made. I have to waste my petrol or bolt money to get there. I am on a rent to buy option but if they fail to take care of a car that technically belongs to them says a lot about their service levels. I NOW HAVE CAR THAT WAS “SERVICED” but there’s nothing on the service book and they do not care to attend to something they did wrong. I am never using Pace Auto Services ever again, they are frustrating!
