This ****** company all together with SA Motor Lease wants to **** us as clients. My car was blocked by tracking unit and it went to them for that issue as it was towed from where it stopped. They couldn't pick up the problem, instead they did major service to the car which was due already and booked.
I took the car Friday. I drive about 39 minutes, the car stopped. It couldn't start only crank and goes off. The car was blocked by tracking unit, now they say they checked the car there's no issue on their side. Then I'm told petrol pump need to be replaced... What msoonery is this? The car has been fine then all of a sudden after it was blocked by tracking unit of theirs is having a petrol pump issue?
We shouldn't be fooled. We're paying for theses cars people and we use them daily. I haven't been to work for 3 days cos I don't have a car. I'm a victim of your kaak service and unacceptable **** done to clients. It is Dec and you decide to **** us like this.
I'm so angry and fed up. Please make sure my car is fine by tomorrow Tuesday, or we have to meet in court for your doggy doings.
