**** to when joining. I was made to move my Hollard cover to this *** of King Price. I was told that in January I'll get cashback as I had with Hollard. Now the white guy who was helping me is telling me stories that I cannot get it as am less than 11 months with them, but I had more than 3 years with my Hollard. Now on WhatsApp he is awol, he doesn't want to give me office details and he says I didn't join under him. Mind you I canceled my Hollard and took them with life cover. I HAVE LOST HOPE, WHAT IF THEY PLAY ME WHEN I'M GONE OR WHEN I WANT TO CLAIM FOR MY FAMILY. I'M ANGRY AND REGRET EVER TAKING THIS KING PRICE NONSENSE!

This company is a **** in disguise! SA motor lease is a ****. My car just broke down (engine breakdown). When I asked to be towed, they only tell me now that you must pay for towing yourself to get the car to their workshop, secondly, I have a curtersy car plan, when I was about to get the car which Maggie the SA motor lease person confirmed, to my surprise the story changed that u cannot get it because I am not in an accident. Their stories always change and their main aim is to frustrate poor clients at all cost. You send them emails they hardly reply. Actually, this is bull... it is a pity they know that they are dealing with clients who most have no other options but to do rent to own. I'm so fed up and I hope I get my car back in good condition because when I started the contract they said the car is serviced but down the line the car needed service which has no proper records and it is done by them and you as a client isn't sure if really it is done or what. ****mers in town, in the name of helping the poor
I would like to thank the service and assistance I received with Lauren Smith and Tshepiso Poko at Marlboro branch for my SA motor lease vehicle. I had a hijacking incidence and SAPS were giving me run around about getting the car from AEROTON pound, however, Tshepo took it upon himself in assisting and getting the car back and cleared it. He also assisted with spare wheel and tools which were ****** from the car. Thank you so much. Continue with such good service to your clients even when they're stressed and losing hope. This ****** company all together with SA Motor Lease wants to **** us as clients. My car was blocked by tracking unit and it went to them for that issue as it was towed from where it stopped. They couldn't pick up the problem, instead they did major service to the car which was due already and booked. I took the car Friday. I drive about 39 minutes, the car stopped. It couldn't start only crank and goes off. The car was blocked by tracking unit, now they say they checked the car there's no issue on their side. Then I'm told petrol pump need to be replaced... What msoonery is this? The car has been fine then all of a sudden after it was blocked by tracking unit of theirs is having a petrol pump issue? We shouldn't be fooled. We're paying for theses cars people and we use them daily. I haven't been to work for 3 days cos I don't have a car. I'm a victim of your kaak service and unacceptable **** done to clients. It is Dec and you decide to **** us like this. I'm so angry and fed up. Please make sure my car is fine by tomorrow Tuesday, or we have to meet in court for your doggy doings. #SA Motor Lease #Pace
I'm angry and disgusted by SA Motor Lease. This Wednesday, my rent to own Figo stopped, didn't want to start. Only cranking and doesn't start. When I called for assistance the guy in the office said my car has been blocked due to debt I have. Yes I have a debt I got after hijacking and recovery but u made an arrangement and I've already made first payment. Fast forward, the car was towed in for diagnose and service. Major service was done and I got the car Friday. Apparently the car started at the workshop without any issues. 20 minutes after I took the car it stopped on the middle of the road, didn't want to start again. My car only start when at Marlboro, when I take it it stops. Someone blocked my car and I'm so disgusted cos I'm being inconvenienced while I'm a paying client. This is unacceptable, and they know that I haven't taken the courtesy car plan so I'm just left without a car. This behavior is disgusting and I'm so so fed up and disappointed by SA Motor Lease and PACE. I'm being treated unfair here for trying, I'm suffering cos I'm a black client trying to own a car. I can't stand this nonsense. Now it is weekend without a car and I have to wait for Monday while the fault is with the company for blocking my car and Making my life a living he'll. I'm angry by Marlboro office SA Motor Lease, PACE and PACE Service department. Msoonery service I'm getting as a client. 2019 Ford Figo Ambiente sedan. The car get stuck like those in THE PAVEMENT THERE BY GEZINA OR JULES... THIS IS ****, I HATE BEING TREATED THIS WAY. I would like to rate my satisfaction with SA Motor lease, Marlboro. This company is very professional on what they are doing. I am renting to own their car and I had a hijacking incident, my car was found same day and the way they handled the matter was so professional. I am glad and satisfied, I am driving my Figo as we speak. Thank you SA Motor lease for making our lives simple behind the wheel. I would never look any further, I choose SA Motor lease.
