We are new clients , everything went smoothly from application,deposit and 1st month Payment paid , we went to pick up the car, upon inspection with sales rep, we saw both front tires had absolutely no tread on, the sales rep said we must get qoute send it to them for approval to have the tires replaced , which we did in the first 7 days we had the car , we saw a oil leak on the engine we took photos and sent it's to the sales reps, due to the location of the oil leak we said we dont want to drive the car further as it can lead to major engin damages, we also in the 7 days gave qoute for the tires, reported that the car lighter and also USB port in car is not working at all, our sales reps said they will give us a lend car so that they can fix our car, but they can only exchange on 1st and 15th of a month, we took the car back on the 1st march got the lend car,first they wanted to charge new deposit as this car has fewer kilos on but we said no because we dont want the car just have our car fixed, the sales rep said they were not supposed to send car out with that poor quality check, we for a loan car, this cars also has so many issues, the brakes scream,when u stand still they car rev on its own, doesn't have a back light,car lighter and USB port also not working , it's been 3 weeks and still nothing has been done on our car,know they keep pushing us to keep the loan car which is also not up to standard, we are very very very very disappointed in the services we received in the 2 months we have been with sa motor lease , we choose you because of all the good reviews but know we are stuck with 2 cars that's none reliable and also pay alot of money a month for poor services and cars that's not reliable and save

I have repeatedly sent requests to this company to update my debit order details. However as per usual there is no response to emails. It seems like it is their culture at the company not to respond to clients on email. The last time i asked to update my details i had the same issue. I ended up paying my account via EFT however they still started sending me threatening demanding emails. I need this escalated to the CEO Grenville Salmon as something needs to change! All i need is my bank details changed and this seems to be the most difficult thing to do at this company. One would think they are corporate and they know what they are doing!

If I could give zero stars I would, I have been struggling since December 2025 to get my vehicle licence disc. On the 02.02.26 Litsoanelo sends me an email that there is a backlog with licence disc at the traffic department, I have been emailing with no response to Yazeed and Litsoanelo. Only for Litsoanelo to tell me today the licence must be pulled by Yazeed there's nothing she can do . This is pathetic...

I absolutely regret the day, I got involved with SA Motorlease. It's been 4 years of lies, communication issues and hidden money costs & deductions. I finally gave up & I will never ever, ever refer someone to rent a car with them. For the amount of money, I have invested in their rent to buy option, gone through a car that had a faulty tailgate, that kept bursting, without even using that door, cause there was no boot space to even make use of the boot, which I ended up have to fix 3 times, R4500 each time. Losing half of my R12000 deposit after they eventually gave me another car and I had to fork up another R6000 for deposit. They are happy & the most friendliest people while they dealing with you before they receive your money but afterwards... They treat you like a burden because you complain, ending up sending umpteen emails and phoning after them, cause they just not bothered to get back to you & when you eventually get hold of them, it's all lies & deceit. Because they were your only option to be able to own a car, due to financial restraints, I think they simply just ***** you over because you had no other choice but to go them for assistance. For the massive amount of money, we spend and invest over the years to be able to rent/buy a car from them, there should be at least some form of decent communication, honesty and integrity. But unfortunately, the latter is non-existent.
