No Service after call out payment

Pacific aircons send a tecnician to look at an aircon and after payment we are still waiting for a report of the status. Seems like like switch off there phones the second they get payment. All I need is a status report and they ignore me. Such a bad service. Don't pay them untill you get your aircons totally fixed. The callout fee is clearly enough payment for them.
