Pathetic serves !!!!!
This is the worst Aircon company ever!!! They came to move the outdoor unit only, ended up damaging the entire aircon system. Called almost every day, promise they will come the next day. Promised a brand new one, this was 2 months ago. Pathetic!!!

This is the worst Aircon company ever!!! They came to move the outdoor unit only, ended up damaging the entire aircon system. Called almost every day, promise they will come the next day. Promised a brand new one, this was 2 months ago. Pathetic!!!

Good service.. excellent
I asked this company to install my Airconditioning units at my office in Lonehill, their service was the best service ever ...I would like to recommend only this company to anyone who wants to install aircons. 1 they never asked me a deposit 2 their technical team came first for inspection at my house and they were so friendly 3 Request for the technician called John I believe that is their best technician 4 they were affordable I asked few companies for the quotation of the same job but Pacific came forward and provide the best Everyone think Pacific.... Happy client..

No Service after call out payment
Pacific aircons send a tecnician to look at an aircon and after payment we are still waiting for a report of the status. Seems like like switch off there phones the second they get payment. All I need is a status report and they ignore me. Such a bad service. Don't pay them untill you get your aircons totally fixed. The callout fee is clearly enough payment for them.
