Worst way to make bookings.
Worst customer service ever!!!! It takes forever to get assistance and if you do, they are so rude and keep on referring you to send email even though they take weeks to respond. Use a different booking method people.

Pathetic serves !!!!!
This is the worst Aircon company ever!!! They came to move the outdoor unit only, ended up damaging the entire aircon system. Called almost every day, promise they will come the next day. Promised a brand new one, this was 2 months ago. Pathetic!!!
