WORST SERVICE EVER
If I could rate this company a 0 star, I would. Worst service I've ever received. Not only did our packaging look horrible and we had to redo everything, but Melissa also stole a lot of money from us. You get no replies whatsoever, she never answers the phone, never meets deadlines, always tells you all kinds of lies and delivers shockingly bad packaging. It was one big headache to work with this company. Please do not use Packaging Source - you will regret it dearly!!

If I could rate this company a 0 star, I would. Worst service I've ever received. Not only did our packaging look horrible and we had to redo everything, but Melissa also stole a lot of money from us. You get no replies whatsoever, she never answers the phone, never meets deadlines, always tells you all kinds of lies and delivers shockingly bad packaging. It was one big headache to work with this company. Please do not use Packaging Source - you will regret it dearly!!

Dont ever use packaging sources
After placing an order with this above mentioned company, and waiting 2weeks for feedback on my order.(I should have known from their poor communication that they were a bad idea). I placed an order for boxes, with foam in order to place certain items I wanted packaged. The order went through, invoice received and paid. Then suddenly out of the Blue I need to sent them, measurements of things I wanted to package, a mag,dvd and credit card, which were standard size, I questioned this and advised I need to measure myself and send measurements(another sign). After doing this, I get contact and advised of additional costs, all along there were no talks, now that work needs to be done suddenly there a costs. I hate to pull the racial card, but the tone of emails that were going back and fourth between me and these people, was least respectful. I felt as though i was being belittled and undermined. They charged me a cancellation fee after cancelling 2days from payment date, I know fees to apply after 7days. Now they delivered cardboard sheets, not even in the form of a box.This is the worst service ever received, and the attitude of the people that work there is disgusting.
