We checked our WRAPPED Isofix in at the fragile items to ensure that it is safe. When we got to Cape Town, our Isofix was so badly broken, it seems as though it fell off the cart and was dragged all the way to the carousal on the ground. It's broken up to a point where we can not use it - it's been a month and Flysafair refuses to pay us back the money for our Isofix in order for us to buy a new one. Our 14 month old girl is unsafe in her car seat as we can only strap her with the safety belt and not in the Isofix to keep her safe. God forbid we get into an accident and something happens to her, I will go to the ends of the earth to sue every single person at Flysafair.
If I could rate this company a 0 star, I would. Worst service I've ever received. Not only did our packaging look horrible and we had to redo everything, but Melissa also stole a lot of money from us. You get no replies whatsoever, she never answers the phone, never meets deadlines, always tells you all kinds of lies and delivers shockingly bad packaging. It was one big headache to work with this company. Please do not use Packaging Source - you will regret it dearly!!

Food arrives cold every single time. The drivers keeps stopping at other houses before they come to our house, we wait 30minutes plus for our food from when it is picked up, meaning when it gets to our house it is so cold we have to throw the food away. The service is terrible!!!!!
I ordered a book from [URL Removed] on Wednesday 9/12, I received an sms from them indicating that I will receive my book by Thursday 10/12 before 5pm, which never happened. On Friday 11/12 I phoned to try and find out where the book is upon which I was promised to receive the book before the end of the day. That never happened either. On Monday 14/12 I phoned about 7 times in which case everyone said that they will try to get to the bottom of it and phone me back, but nobody ever phoned back, so I had to keep on phoning and kept on hearing empty promises that they will try and help me and phone back and make sure that I receive the book before the end of the day. It never happened. On Tuesday 15/12 after phoning 5 people again, somebody was finally honest and indicated that the book probably went missing and they reordered the book for me to be delivered on Thursday 17/12, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED EITHER. As I am sitting here now, on Friday I still haven't received my book and I am leaving for the holidays today. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother, which I now will not be able to give to her. I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED and will never make use of [URL Removed] ever again!!!!
