Excellent Service and Support

I ordered two small neoprene pump seals for my two Coleman lamps on Tuesday afternoon. Cost of parts was far less than the courier cost, however, the parts were essential and I placed the order. I was continuously communicated the status of the order and courier progress. Package received early on Thursday and I was pleasantly surprised that they had doubled the number of seals supp****, at no cost, but had included a free gift to compensate for the courier cost , which is outside their control.

Iin future, I will go out of my way to source parts and outdoor requirements from them - top class customer service. Thank you !
