Disgusting

This place is a literal joke. I booked (over a month in advance) a birthday party for a potential 15 kids coming through and made it clear that we would have been ordering the kids meals from the restaurant as well as their drinks. They said we are not allowed outside food and provided platter options. they followed up with me yesterday to see if all is still good for the birthday this weekend. I said yes however we will just buy snacks for the adults from their store on the padstal and get the kids meals from the restaurant still as well as kids drinks. etc. suddenly they advise me no they cant accommodate this party - because I'm not buying your sandwich platter? absolutely disgusting. also they say best pies in the west coast. - do yourself a favour and save yourself that money they are below average. There are many places around this that actually provide better service and food so contact me for info on alternatives since I have had to make alt arrangements 4 days from my twins birthday.
